Classic Hotel and Restaurant

Worst hotel .. they give hotel room by hours only for 4 hours they charge 1200 for small room and also ac not working properly. And they didn't maintenance the room properly not clean and matress was totally damaged you can't sleep there. The receptionist behaviour also not good. I never see any hotel charged 1200 for 4 hours, fraud hotel staff. Illegally they charged for room.

Very worst staff, I asked room key to lock room but they said not have lock and keep, you leave your room open and go ... I went for my meeting after I returned then my look at my trolley bag that was dislocated from where I kept and looking like that anyone opened my trolley, but I was in hurry because my taxi was waiting so I not checked my trolley,, after I reached home I am trying to open but they changed password.... People don't go to classic hostel and restaurant bar , Madhyamgram... they will thief others things also ,.... Room and service very worst

Ordered via Zomato & Swiggy : " Curry [4 pieces]", "Mutton Curry [4 pieces]", "Masala [4 pieces]", " Pakoda [8 pieces]", etc.

Ordered Mutton Biryani (Quantity - 2) from Classic restaurant via swiggy for dinner today. Clearly instructed to provide softest pieces of mutton. Provided extremely small and hard pieces of Mutton, far from being soft. The worst part was the potatoes were absolutely uncooked, as hard as cement. Wasted my hard earned money.

Nice place to visit rooms are good

Went during festive season. Behaviour is not good. Services average. Quality of food is also average. Can't sit on 1st floor without a girl. Not much of maintenance. Not clean enough. Poor visibility. Seeking for huge tips at the end.
