This was the worst property I have wver visited.. Never ever visit this property and the staffs there dont know how to behave. The receptionist there is very rude and does not have bas9c manners...The pillow covers were dirty and the blanket was also dirty....When I asked them to change the Pillow. She said pillow n all change nahi hoga...aapne 1000 rupaye me pura property kharid liya hai kya....ITC thodi hai.. She does not know that whether its 1000 rupees room or 5000 rupees , customer has all the right to ask them to change if something is dirty....Do not visit this property ever.

Bad behaviour by reception guy- he said server is down so took extra charge for offline booking Too much time taken during checkin Room and bathroom were so dirty Ac was not working properly and remote was not given This is the worst hotel room I've been in my life and i paid rs 1100 for this shitty place

This hotel has a shady atmosphere and offers extremely poor service. If you pay close attention, you'll understand what I mean. In my case, they even refused to provide a bill. It seems like one lady behind the scenes manages everything. This place is definitely not suitable for business or family travelers.

I wish I could rate 0. I booked 17 room for baryatri and the experience was horrible. None of the rooms were cleaned and bedsheets were too dirty. Moreover wash room was too smelly. And the worst part is about the recetionins Ayantika, the I don't know what she thinks about herself. The behaviours is too rude to tolerate. The way she spoke was horrible. The worst experience I had ever in my life.

Am requesting to everyone please don't book this hotel, it's all images are fake not even 1 %similarity with the images found in Google and website and infact don't book any hotel from Oyo in Kolkata. I had very worst experience with the receptionist. After booking i called for confirmation and they said server is down so u come directly to hotel, after reaching they denied of booking and even being called by the Oyo customer care the didn't hesitate to recieve the call. They didn't even have Little bit of mercy, as i was traveling with family and old lady. This hotel is for young couples to check in immediately for couple of hours and get away after their work is done. The same goes with SUPER OYO FLAGSHIP ADRI HOTEL.

Gokul residency was ridiculous ,, i BOOKED and PAID From Make my trip for Adri hotel (oyo) near dum dum and it was automatically cancelled and my booking was shifted to gokul residency ... after i reached gokul residency , the receptionist denied my booking and then i called oyo customer service. The receptionist didnt even receive the oyo service centre call and even when i asked him to speak with my phone to the customer service , he again denied to receive the call. He was continuosly telling that i didnt book any room. (But from my side it was shown that i booked and i paid aswell) And side by side the reception boy was taking offline bookings from the unmarried couples who were coming at that point of time. It was totally looking like red light area. I came from digha with my family and a whole lot of luggage and my mom was an aged person so the receptionist should have accepted our booking just for the sake of humanity atleast. He is just inhuman and insane. Some humanities and priorities should be shown atleast after seeing an aged person. Please look into the matter. It is very serious

I am requesting the hotel owner, to fire the girl receptionist as soon as, they can or else your hotel will be closed down. Lady receptionist most thought class behaviour, most third class lady, but orther hotel staff polite behaviour I would request the hotelier to google the reviews of your hotel once

I talked to the receptionist before checking-in, and her behaviour was so unprofessionally rude, I couldn't refrain myself from cancelling the booking. I'm sure, their service would be as worst as the receptionist. After waiting for 30 mins our prepaid booking was declined by them as they received their offline bookings then there is no need for OYO service. Strongly not recommended.
