Horrible experience. Don't waste your money here. Don't expect same room as they have shown in photos. Very very dirty place. Room and toilet is dirty. Dirty bedsheets. Food quality is very poor. Arrogant staffs. They have no manner. They even don't know how to talk with a guest. Be aware of Bill. They took 200 extra from us, which we realized later and we had nothing do to as they don't provide any bill. And there are also some cockroaches in room to welcome you.

Worst of all. This is a hotel for One night stand couples. I felt unsafe as a Solo. The staff will not let you check in early, no matter what. The Agoda people are such scams.The hotel receptionist said he will not check me in unless Agoda pays him 1200 more. Room full of molds, pubes on bedsheets, pillows are full of dirt.

We booked another fabhotel but found out that the hotel was already fully occupied. The fabhotel guys made us shift to this hotel (that too at 1 am in the morning) which was horrible. Dirty room, dirty bedsheets, broken bathroom, dirty lift and what not. Stay at the airport sitting on clean chairs but DO NOT book a stay here. Pathetic experience!

This was my first visit here and has been quite a good one. Qyite a convenient location with calmed neighborhood. Rooms are well cleaned and moderately spacious enough for 1-2 night stays. However, foods could be far better and service needs to be improved in terms of speed. Overall, it's a good one.

Posting one star because can't go lower but this place deserves absolutely NONE. We arrived at 10 pm and was shown the room which was in a dilapidated and claustrophobic building with old food left outside rooms with bugs and cockroaches clinging to them. To make matters worse, the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned and when asked to clean, the staff totally refused. There was not even a soap, forget other basic toiletries. Had to hunt down late at night to find a toilet paper and sanitizer and do the cleaning all by ourselves. After a harrowing day, this was the last thing we needed. Had to even request them to change sheets as the ones on the bed were visibly dirty. And the 'new' bedsheet they provided were also covered in cigarette holes and other stains. (See pictures below) DO NOT book a room here at all.

The staff was very rude. The bedsheet was stinky. There was not even a proper mattress. And they charged me 1400 for this room which was not at all worth it.

Rooms are not good.. cushions and bed sheets are so dirty look like dirty not washable. Rooms are not good furniture was broken. Bathroom tap and basins are so dirty and jung type ...dont waste your money here

Horrible place to stay. Never ever book any hotel from Fab. They are big time scammers. Poor maintenance. Shabby and dirty rooms and washroom. Staff is worst ever.
