Hotel O 821829 Chilli Pepper Hotel and Restaurant

I recently stayed at the Chilli Pepper Hotel and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positives, the food at the restaurant was quite good. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, which made dining there a pleasant experience. However, there were a few downsides to my stay. The rooms are quite small, especially considering the price. They felt a bit cramped, which was not ideal for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was average at best; it could have been more welcoming and professional. One of the major inconveniences was the lack of an elevator. We had to use the stairs up to the 4th floor, which was quite tiring and a negative aspect of our experience. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the other aspects of the hotel could use some improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.

Overall food quality is very good, Some uniqueness in every dishes helps to add as the cherry in blossoms.

Frankly speaking I have not availed their hotel services so can't write any review on it. Because I'm not an OYO lover. But today I have ordered chicken chowmin there and must say I never eat such a horrible chowmin anywhere in sodepur or khardah. Food quality is similar like a roadside food truck. Sometimes they cook better than what I experience today. It was my first time and I ensure I would never visit this place again. And please update your price chart too. For this kind of chowmin quality you can't deserve more than 60 rupees per plate

One of the worst hotel available in West Bengal. Proper authority must take appropriate action against them. But I know they will not take any notice of the fact. Do not book online at all. They want you to pay in cash and in excess. They will deny your booking when you reach the hotel. And They have a tie up with the OYO and GoIbibo, so that they will deny the refund also. This hotel is a scam. Stay away.

New hotel. AC, TV, and geyser all are in working condition. The room is very clean. Toiletries are not available only soap is given. Adjacent to hotel one good quality saloon is available. Hotel has its own restaurant as well.
