SPOT ON Maa Rakhakali Bhawan Near Victoria Memorial

Never make a mistake by staying here. They act like thiefs and bandits. I had to check out within 4 hours. They forcibly took more money than the deal was. The receptionist/owner was found drinking with friends just beside the rooms. They will forcibly keep your ids and will deny to give it back until you check out.

Worst!! Scammers all over!! They write up all the amenities as if it is an ad for people who are looking for hotels, but as soon as you get close to booking one, they come up with excuses like, "Sorry sir, Attached Bathroom was not inclusive in you booking!".. If Attached bathroom is not in the cards, I must not point other amenities even like ACs n TVs... I got scammed, and would recommend my friends and others users to deliberately not download this OYO app serving as a fraud... Thank you..

It is located near Shlaimar station. Good hotel is one intends to stay for 5 to 6 hours. The room alloted to me was very dirty. There was dust everywhere.

First of fall this rooms are not clean and toilet are dirty, very old rooms and price compare to other hotels bvery high so i am suggesting go park steet or go near by location for batter room available

Service is bad, actually no service is provided. Dirty bedsheets are provided, patches are here and there in bedsheets and walls. Bathroom is dirtier than you think. Worst oyo room

I never seen this type of bad quality hotels in oye, not understand why oye attached this type of room in chain, hotel attender don't know even how to speek , when we have ask for one seprate pillow the attender share one used pillow from his room, Don't know how to rank to this hotel but yes i am not recommend this hotel to anyone Oye need to take care for this type of hotels

Just beware!!!!!! They are scammers, they just overcharge for their own set of rules. If you argue with them they just switch off your A/C. What a childish behaviour. If you love your someone's . Just don't go
