Service are very slow but good. Rooms average clean washroom dirty. Gyzer available but not working. They are provided hot water by tub and too much mosquitoes

One of the worst hotels that anyone could imagine. The restrooms and bedrooms are unclean, and bedbugs are everywhere. Despite paying Rs 1200 per night, there was no water or refreshments offered. Not even Rs. 500 is worth it per night. Customers may only order meals and beverages from the hotel's kitchen (unnecessarily expensive); outside food is not permitted. The photos shown in the description is far from reality. Booking this hotel will ruin your trip, so proceed with caution.

Rooms are average and quite spacious. But the Bed cover provided to us was dirty. Running water in the bathroom was too saline. Hotel personnel should look at this. Other than that it's good.

Receptionist is awesome on his duty,but the room condition is really poor. Staff behavior is good . Overall average experience i have got!

The hotel was not upto the mark. The bathrooms were stinking due to improper drainage system, bathrooms are really bad , room service is really slow. The hotel is in howrah not in Calcutta there are hardly any tourist places nearby. Polite management staff was the only good thing I liked in the hotel. I wouldn't suggest the place to tourists

This hotel takes the price as if it is located in posh Kolkata which can be adjusted if they provide good service. The bathrooms here are in the worst condition. The in house kitchen has extra oily and spicy food. And after charging so high, they give a saver room and not a 2X

Worst stay, mosquitoes sucked my blood and in ACwater leakage, no action taken. Booked for 3days but checked out in 1 night. Horrible experience. Food is average. No cleanliness. Please think always about providing a customer a good sleep and food. I don't know I can add any photos, if yes, I can post the snapno my blood bitten by mosquitoes.
