Terrible Experience - Not Even Worth 1 Star I booked Kiaan Inn for 2 days, and it was a total disappointment from the moment I arrived. The hotel is located in a very bad area, and the entire place smells terrible. Cleanliness (0/5): The room was dirty, and even the water smelled bad. Basic hygiene was clearly not maintained. Service (0/5): The staff provided poor service--no towels, no door mat, and they barely seemed to care about guests. Facilities (0/5): This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. It lacks basic amenities, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. Fake Ratings? I have no idea why people gave this hotel 3 stars--they must be fake reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. Overall Experience: If I could give negative ratings, I would rate it -10. Not recommended at all! You are better off staying in a hostel than wasting your money here. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Avoid at All Costs - A Horrible Experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with stained bed sheets and an unpleasant smell. The bathroom had issues, including a broken toilet door and flushing system, plus no towels. The lift was tiny, and there was no night bulb, making it hard to move around in the dark. Despite requesting an extra mattress, none was provided, and the overall cleanliness was terrible, with dust and grime everywhere. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, with stained bed sheets, a foul odor, and dust and grime everywhere, making it feel completely unhygienic and neglected. The lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance was appalling. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs--choose a better option for a more pleasant stay.

Starting with room, the one which we have selected had twin beds and we were there for one day only. The quality of room was average with some stinking issue as reported by other users as well. Flush of the toilet was not working well and despite the room was cleaned it still had some dust lying around. The most interesting fact is that this hotel is at 2 km distance from howrah station which is why we have chosen this since we had to catch an early train in morning but the hotel cab agency quoted us a price of whooping Rs 1000 for this whereas uber charged us only 173 for the same.

The hotel is under repairing, so is so dirty everywhere. The rooms are very old and unmaintained. Even the phone in room did not have dial tone. No hot water, no water kettle. No cushioning in the bed. Paying 2000 per night is not worth in this hotel. Please avoid if you prefer comfort and hygiene.

Came here on the 9th of December 24,clean rooms got washed linen,though it was not required the AC was working so was the TV. Though a bit old the bathroom had taps and geysers working. The biggest plus was the staff,their helpful attitude and behavior is exemplary.

My experience at kiaan in was awesome in budget category. Lived the food at sangri restaurant. Bedsheets were neat and clean . Bathroom was hygienic. Loved the stay near howrah railway station

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and hygienic bathroom ,banquet and veg restaurant was very good taste. Love the place near howrah railway station.staff are very courteous
