FabHotel Kamala Inn - Hotel in Dankuni, Kolkata

This is the worst hotel I stayed. Nothing is good here room, bathroom, bathroom fittings, water flow in bathroom everything was bad. Very bad smell in hotel.

Dear sir. My stay was horrible. No room service. Food service is available with out GST bills. Toilet flush not working. No water supply in the night time atleast for toilet flush. In Case of any Emergency no night shift staff On duty. Small insects on the bed and inside the pillow. Hotel Entrance is odd and fishy smell. Not good for stay. Administrative staff is busy with alloting Rooms to unmarried stuff.

room was very small,they dont provide water u have to buy..there was no bathroom freshner,u cant open the windows as a foul smell always comes from outside..

Extremely Dissatisfaction at Fab Hotel/ OYO Hotel Kamala IN - Dhankuni- West Bengal, India.||I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Kamala IN from 26th to 28th September. Unfortunately, my experience was far below my expectations and I feel compelled to share the following issues:||Room Conditions:|Filth and Odor: The room was incredibly dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor.||Broken Amenities: The washroom accessories were in poor condition, and the water heater was not functional.||Infestation: The room was infested with cockroaches and flies, making it uncomfortable and unsanitary.||Old and Dirty Furniture: The furniture, particularly the sofa (as seen in the attached photos), was outdated and dirty.||Garbage Dump: The proximity to a large garbage dump caused significant odor issues when the room windows were open.||Hotel Staff:|Uncooperative and Inattentive: The hotel staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns.||Lack of Assistance: When faced with a room flooding incident on September 27th, the hotel reception manager fled the scene without offering any support.||Food Quality:|Unsatisfactory Taste: The food served at the hotel was of poor quality and had an unpleasant taste.||Unhealthy Cooking Practices: It appeared that the food was cooked in reused palm oil, resulting in a thick, black layer on the dishes.||Misrepresentation:|False Branding: The hotel was not a FabHotel, as advertised, but rather an OYO hotel.||Overall, my stay at this hotel was a highly negative experience. I was extremely dissatisfied with the room conditions, the hotel staff's behavior, the food quality, and the overall misrepresentation of the hotel.||I kindly requested FabHotel management take these issues into consideration and take appropriate action to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Not upto the mark... It is very old property. And the food price are like 5 star restaurant and taste are like a 5 year old child cooking

Rooms, service and location was great but flush was not working properly

Terrible experience with room and location as well as with cleanliness. The place is mostly used by unmarried couples. Never go with family there. Worst experience with all the things ,like room bathroom bedroom everything is worst.

Smelly Bedsheets, Dirty pillow cover, Flush not working. Unsealed drinking water . Room floor dirty. And all this after choosing the best among four rooms shown. Dirty smelling corridors with liquor glasses kept here and there.
