Relook Hotels (Inda Kharagpur)

I will recommend not to stay in this hotel. There are many reasons 1. No on time service 2. (Most irritating) You will get continuous calls from kitchen for dinner order from 9pm to order your food (as they wanted to go home early). And in the morning they will again start by 8:30am as they wanted to close it as early as possible. 3. Complementary breakfast is horrible. 2-3 options even though horrible. 4. You will get a travel desk with a extremely high cost taxis (350/- for 3km). 5. The most funniest thing is, if you are checking out after 11pm still you have to clear the bill before 10pm as the manager will have leave by 10pm. You can not check out in mid night even though your train or flight is at that time :) I had a very very bad experience so my duty to suggest.

Food with overall service is best and mainly Mr.gopal is very good behaviour also

Foods are tasty and good. Rooms are near and clean

It was a horrible experience regarding service matters.in winters the geysers were not working, had to wait to get hot water arranged from other rooms. The lift was horrible. We got stuck inside the lift without electricity and after pressing alarm button and shouting no body bothered. Reception staff say they have not heard shouting and alarm attendant may not be there at that time. Very simple reply from the staff. |What was assured at the time of booking was not found at real site like room facilities etc.||The stay was in the november month 2022

Nice and decent hotel in Inda, Kharagpur. The Hotel is newly developed and is doing very well. Me along with my family stayed there for 3 days. PROS- 1. The hotel rooms and its premises are clean and clear. 2. The staff is courteous and very cooperative. Trust me they will assist you till their last extremes. 3. The rooms are well decorated and with nice interiors. 4. The owners themselves will guide their staffs for the best possible service and definitely will take care of your kids food with utmost care. 5. Food quality is very good and nicely presented. 6. They have inhouse coevered and guarded parking right beside the hotel. Cons - 1. The lane to the hotel entrance is narrow. 2. From the main road at times the hotel is not traceable as there is no display board on the road side.

Recommended by locals. We were here for dinner. The service is prompt and the food is delicious. The staff members were warm and hospitable. Conveniently located in the heart of the city as well. The seating is comfortable and we were able to have a good conversation over dinner.

Room service extremely bad, No one to answer at reception in night except security staff, who have difficulty with hindi language. Rooms have some weird odour, even after room fresheners. Buffet breakfast is not recommended. They provide extra bed as some age-old non-functional sofa-cum-bed. Okay if you're looking for a budget hotel.
