Situated at good location. Restaurant service staff was very good and helpful but room service was a bit odd. Post our checkin- they came to refill mini bar and again came to replace towels, ideally this should be done before checkin. Overall a good stay in kharagpur given that there are limited options in the city- this one's obviously one of the best.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during my official visit to Kharagpur, so I didn't have much opportunity to explore the hotel. However, my overall experience was positive. One area where the hotel could improve is the washroom facilities, particularly the fittings. Additionally, there was a strange odor in the washroom despite the presence of an exhaust fan. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and as for the room's cleanliness, I would rate it a 4.

On a work Trip.. Commendable Cleanliness. Warmth and care was exemplary. Clean and tidy rooms. Excellent Breakfast at the restaurant. Love the way the hotel is. Rooftop restaurant serves lovely food. We were having a sudden meeting which was not planned but hotel staff arranged it in a proper way at the banquet hall. Highly recommended for all travelers.

Mixed experiences await: a decent stay, but dining may test your patience! I have visited this hotel a couple of times, and my experience has been mixed. The service is acceptable, but the rooms are average in size and somewhat disorganized, particularly the bathrooms and room amenities. Additionally, the hotel is located a bit far from the city center. One disappointing aspect is the restaurant, which is quite expensive. Guests often have to wait at least half an hour or more for their food after placing an order, and the quality of food and service does not match the high prices. On the positive side, this hotel is considered one of the best options in Kharagpur, especially since there are very few comparable hotels nearby, and those that exist are even farther away. Overall, if you can overlook the restaurant service and don't plan to stay for an extended period, this hotel could be a reasonable choice.

Mr. Sayantan Mishra's room services are very good and good behaviour with our family members.we are happy with your staff behaviour and services which is provided us . In future we are prefer that hotel also.

Few negatives, which I observed 1. Food is much expensive but quality is good 2. It's my 2nd visit at this property both the time observed no one there to bring our luggages to parking area and loading it into the vehicle

Nice and good. Buffet only on Sundays. Other days normal menu.|During my visit, they hosted my guests really well. The food and service is nice and good. Any comments on the food, they immediately attended those issues. Overall it is a good experience. I well be back again.

Service needs to be improve. Response is poor. For making bill taking 30 minutes on 26th April, 25. I came to reception for billing at 6:30 am and received the bill after 7 am as no billing staff available. Even after calling for room service no response. Pathetic
