MAYFAIR Himalayan Spa Resort

This updated heritage property is probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at in India. Its quirky decor may not be to everyone's taste, but it signals to me a distinctive, even singular, vision that makes each stay here memorable. ||The staff is well-trained and obliging, and the breakfast offerings are vast and of uniformly good quality. The hotel is quite convenient to town. ||Best of all? My room had a comfortable tub with sufficient hot water to provide a relaxing bath.

Beautiful place, friendly and accommodating staff. Isaac was helpful at the front desk. |The view from the courtyard was truly breathtaking. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The food was okay, I think it can improve. Rest everything was great.|Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is truly one of the finest resorts I have ever visited. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The hospitality was exceptional--warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Every detail, from the service to the amenities, exceeded our expectations. Aisha, Christina, Rabiya, and Ayan did a wonderful job cleaning our room everyday with spectacular service. This resort is heavenly and sublime in Kalimpong. It is the most beautiful location and resort I have ever stayed at and I would highly recommend it and I really enjoyed our stay there! The food was delicious and service was superb. What a divine experience!!!

We were there for 3 nights in mid-February. Place is serene, beautifully decorated with patio garden lawn and blooming colourful flowery archways. Service was superb as was restaurant. Staff were very helpful, and greeting " Namaste" came from every direction. We used coffee shop for quick lunch with very appetising menu. The only issue was that our room was probably too far down from the heated tank, and it took over 10.mibs to start getting hot water for shower lots of water wasted! The Ambience of the place and nature is superb, as was the unique Annie Perry heritage residence since 1900 with many famous world persilonalities stayed there in long past.

Dear Mayfair Hotels and Resorts Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I recently had at your establishment, which has left me very disappointed. My family and I have been regular customers at Mayfair Hotels, and we have always enjoyed the quality of service in the past. However, during our most recent visit, we encountered an issue that has caused us to reconsider returning to your property. We had placed an order for dinner, and shortly after, I requested the cancellation of one soup, as one of my family members decided to have juice instead. I made this request within a minute of placing the order. Unfortunately, the waiter who was serving us responded in a very disrespectful and dismissive manner. Her behavior and attitude were unprofessional and did not reflect the hospitality and service standards we have come to expect from Mayfair Hotels. To add to this, this was not the first time I have experienced such behavior from the same waiter. I had hoped the previous incident was a one-off situation, but unfortunately, this recurrence has left me deeply disappointed. As a loyal customer, I felt compelled to share this experience with you, as it has significantly impacted our perception of your hotel. Given this repeated behavior, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be visiting Mayfair Hotels and Resorts in the future. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and look into improving the training and customer service standards at your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
