The room service requirements were promptly attended and smilingly provided. The hotel is newly constructed and the room was clean, tidy and have a feel-good effect. Toilet was also spacious and clean. | Close to Railway Station, in fact during return, we walked down to Railway Station comfortably..

Had a two day stay at prince palace, room no. 202 and 203. Amazing stay indeed. Large clean rooms with clean sheets and clean washroom. Beds are comfortable. Hotel service is nice.

Location is good if you are traveling with family because it is near the main market area..rooms are cosy and hygienic.. It is value for the money..Food was great

As per my overall experience of stay , food , and joining many ceremonies and parties, I can say it's quite expensive but with quality rooms with good food .

Worst service . Even after placing orders in advance they r not capable of handling their customers.. The staffs are like we cannot provide u with extra fooding beyond the order once placed Need to work upon same and increase the number of staffs.

My wife and I were in Jhargram to attend a Lions Club programme and stayed in this hotel for one night and found this quite clean. Our suite had two rooms and a seating room and the furniture was adequate with all normal amenities. Being a new property it seems it has low to moderate occupancy at present. Food was served very hot and was of good quality. Have been to Jhargram numerous times over last 40 years and found the town having developed into a very good town with many big stores.
