Murguma Eco Hut

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Muruguma Eco Hut, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is absolutely stunning. Nestled amidst serene natural surroundings, the eco hut offers breathtaking views of the hills, a perfect getaway for anyone looking to disconnect from the chaos of city life and reconnect with nature. The staff at Muruguma Eco Hut were exceptional! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and took care of every need with genuine warmth. The ambience of the eco hut is unparalleled. It's peaceful, rustic, and beautifully in tune with the environment. The meals were fresh, delicious, and felt like a home-cooked feast. Special mention to the local flavors that truly enhanced the culinary experience. I highly recommend this gem for a rejuvenating stay!

Beast Resort I have ever seen. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Atmosphere is friendly. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Foods are good but costly. The facilities of BBQ and Bonfire available here. We demand and management arrange Chou Dance for us. But road is very narrow and dangerous for a large vehicle like Traveller. It's beside the Murguma Dam .

I recently visited this property with my parents . And we three went on a trip together after a long time . First of all the location of the property is excellent . You can find only one shop near the vicinity. The staffs Dasu , Sachin and all others took extreme care of us. It's a remote location so arranging things at times becomes difficult. They were unable to provide us the complimentary tea sachets but to compensate that they told us just to tell whenever you want to have tea. The staffs are extremely hardworking and amicable in nature. Manager Surojit coordinates everything with great warmth. The best thing about the resort is their mantianece of the garden area. Yes certain things can be improved like providing a better mattress for the additional bed. But the overall experience is very satisfactory especially for how they try their best to take care of you. Additionally , we got our tour driver aka tour guide Monoranjan who not only drove us to the tourist spots but also accompanied us and especially helped my father who has a problem in knee to climb up and down in certain places .

A wonderful place! We stayed for 2 days. Had a great time, really beautiful place. Resort's rooms are nice, mainly first floor rooms and staff was very good. Indeed, their manners and hospitality were very good. We all are happy!

Rooms are very small, we were feeling suffocated. Bathroom and bason are not properly clean. They should be more focused on the cleanliness of the property. Room services are not that good . Everytime you want to order anything you need to walk till their kitchen to place the order. Teste of the food is okay but the prices are on the higher side. So overall not a very good experience. I would rate my stay at muruguma eco hut 6 out of 10

Food quality very low according to price.. Typical .. Location and environment is nice garden is there.. But rooms are average... Bed is not fine ultimate we can say this is average hotel room rent is also expensive according to room condition

Stayed in this property for the weekend.Awesome place to stay. The rooms are good, the view is fabulous and the food and service was great Overall a nice stay. Totally value for money

I, one of 32 members of the Khola Hawa team, had visited Muruguma Eco Hut on 27th Dec 2024 and stayed there for two nights. We had nine rooms and one tent. Rooms are excellent with attached, spacious western bathrooms and getting 24-hour hot/cold water and free Wi-Fi service. Murguma Eco Hut is one of the best eco-friendly resorts compared to other resorts at Murguma for location, its serene lake view, hill forest view, and its beautiful, well-maintained garden inside the resort. For us they had arranged a campfire, bonfire, and Chou Dance; we had a lot of fun. The foods were delicious and homely-like. Thanks to Mr. Sayak Babu (Owner), Mr. Surajit Babu (Manager), Monaranjan Babu (Driver), and Mr. Dasu and his teams for their hospitality, sweet gesture, and caring attitude. We would highly recommend to visit Muruguma Eco Hut , who love nature, it is an ideal place for a relaxing and memorable stay. - Arinta Roy (Kolkata)
