OYO Greater Kailash The Palace

First of all they are not associated with OYO, but you can book from make my trip. I had a short but nice stay. Very calm, quite and clean place.

Service is good but all rooms are not up to mark. Some rooms are really good and main good thing is balcony and view.

I had a great time there. The staff was really good. I booked it from Oyo but later they cancelled my reservation as they say they don't have room for 700 as showed in Oyo so i had to take there tariff of 1000 rupee Ac room. Breakfast included . Room was small and smells like the cigarette odour . They have elevator and wheelchair entrance . They have big car parking and free WiFi . They don't have a restaurant but they get it for you from outside restaurants on your order .

Banquet hall capable of hosting two marriages at once without any hassles.. Situated just beside the Karla river.. Very well maintained.. Space is not a constraint here.. Even with 2000 invitees one would not feel any pressure

The overall hotel was nice. I came from assam for a trip and stayed there with my friends. The staffs were also nice; but the breakfast was not so good. And the most worst thing was their own payment policy. I have booked through OYO. While reached hotel, they rejected the online payment process and asked me to pay separately the amount. I have cancelled the OYO; but they also took a cancellation charge of 1432/-. This was the worst thing I got in a very hurry situation ...

Pros : Well versed 2 storeyed banquet which can cater both fooding and occasion requirements along with an open space which can be utilised for serving starters or making other sitting arrangements. Can easily hold 250 guests (at the max). Location is quite good as well. Cons : There's no kitchen, yes! You can't order food from your room (Other than for Swiggy). There are hardly any staffs available at your service. In most of the washooms basic amenities like flush doesn't work, which gets on your nerves. There's no refrigerator available be it in room or even in the hotel itself. So if you're bringing soft drinks or beers, best of luck having it late.

Hotel with zero maintenance! Everything in room coverd with dust!Basin,commode,mug everything is dirty! No chair- table, wardrobe in room but Staffs are polite and ready to help with their limited capacity!Not value for money what they charge!

It's a good place for organising any party or merriage ceremony. The uniqueness of this place is situated on the bank of river karala like Tems river in London,England. Surtounded with natural beauties.
