I recently stayed at Chirag Deep Banquet Hall and Lodging for two days, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jalpaiguri, as it combines great service with excellent amenities for a pleasant stay.
It was my first visit at this place. Service was good though bt the quality of food was neither recomendable, as they dont have any resturent. They use to provide food somewhere else nd provide u, nd for that they ll charge u 20% of the amount of the bill as room service, i haven't u understood what kind of room service it was. Nd when u checkout they ll provide u a food bill in an normal paper cut, they dnt provide u a bill with proper GST number, but they ll charge u room service. Nd when u ask them for gst bill they will stamp their gst number on their normal hand written bill paper which our local grocery store use to provide... Soo everyone are requested to ask them for a proper gst bill, bcoz u r paying ur gst bt they dont paying their gst to the govt.

I stayed here for 2 nights during my official trip to Jalpaguri. The rooms are nice and big and well maintained. There are only two staff and good behaviour and helpful. The hotel is situated much away from the city center and it's costly to travel to the city for work purposes. Since there are only two staff, the service is affected and you will not get everything in time.
It's a very friendly and clean place! I had such a good rest! I liked that the staff were friendly! The food was delicious too! The boss met Jesus! I love you^-^
