Scammers u learn well. We are educated. Sorry sir we got harresed in the morning. I am a girl just 10 years old. Ok. I saw my father in your counter my sibling was crying then. M educated not a fraud. Scammed don't book this. checked in on 6th morning at six am. They charged well. We told them leaving next day on seventh morning we reached around 6.30 to check out. They print the bill checking out at 6.57a.m. They asked us we had stayed for two days. For just extra half am hour the took our hard earned money. If they could have called us about the system we were rather ready before that. But they fraudly took our money. The receptionist said he will take our phone if we didn't paid. Very rude behaviours. Fraudsters

Located near the Howrah station is a great thing. Just a walking distance from Howrah station. Its retro hallways and balconies and lobby and small things will surely allure you. The staffs are very nice too. Room service too. You can definitely choose if you have a connecting train like us in early morning from Howrah.

This is a go to Place for me. Staffs are very supportive rooms are neat and clean. It has been a pleasand stay for me all the times I am there. Walking distance from howrah station is additional advantage. Highly recommended.

It's a good option if you have to stay near Howrah junction to catch early morning train. Among the mess and dirty streets near Howrah Junction, this is a very good place for budget stay. If this place was in some other area or in a holiday spot, I would have rated low. But since this place is almost at Railway station, and considering surrounding locality which is like a old slum, it's really good. Building is old but it is renovated and looks clean. I was with my wife and a kida and check in staff were wondering why my wife surname was not same as mine. Hotel security is good. I advise to keep some change for tipping, it will make service more prompt. Food was ok, the station is walkable, it took us less than 5 mins to walk to station. The hotel has a staff who also works as porter for some tip and he would carry your luggage to station. For us it was better as he carried the luggage till platform 1.

All staff's behaviour is very good. Reception managers are also very polite and well behaved. Howrah station is just 5 mins walk from this hotel. Price is alright according to the room and location. They will provide complimentary breakfast with 5 options - Puri sabji, paratha, masala dosa, upma, bread omlette. Hospitality is top notch acc to price. Overall great stay if you want to board from howrah station.

The howrah hotel is a scam. How they haresh us in the morning. Two small girls and us. How can the say leave your phone, how can the say train chutega to chutney do. Those receptionist were line in a full mode to torture us. They should have let us know to leave the room. Shame on you people of the.

Do not go in this hotel. I repeat don't go in this hotel. Worst room service possible. They will not attend you at night. Lift doesn't work at night. If you have luggage and have to check out early you have to carry your luggage by stairs. No one was there to attend. bedsheets are very old. Mattress are dirty. Bathroom taps were broken. Day time receptionist was rude. They want to extract money for unnecessary things. Read other negative comments and 99% are correct. Surrounding is Mandi area (Market area) you cannot sleep by the surrounding noise of people quarreling and vehicles running. Stay a night in station rather staying in this hotel.

The experience is like living in an old heritage site. Walking distance from Howrah railway station. Very reasonable charges for food and services. Tariff is reasonable. Room size is good but rooms and bathrooms were not so clean.
