Horrible Experience - Absolutely Not Recommended, Especially for Wedding Guests If you're planning to book this hotel for wedding guests or any special occasion, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This was hands down one of the worst hospitality experiences we've ever had. The staff is shockingly rude, untrained, and lack even basic manners. The receptionist argues with every guest and allows housekeeping staff to raise their voices and fight with guests openly--completely unacceptable behavior in any setting, let alone a hotel. To make matters worse, the air conditioning doesn't work properly. Many rooms didn't even have a designated remote. When we raised complaints, the response was casual and careless--"The technician will come when he comes." No urgency, no apology, just indifference. The hotel clearly does not care about guest comfort, and especially not about the responsibility that comes with hosting wedding parties. Their unprofessionalism added nothing but stress to what should have been a happy occasion. Would never recommend this place to anyone. A complete disaster.

The hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, everything seemed to go wrong. The staff and manager was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Exhaust not working, no AC remote in the room - have asked around 10 times for it, asked for a blanket - none provided

Worst hospitality. Dirty bed sheets, Worst behaviour of staff including of Manager.

The hotel is decent. But the location is a problem due to the traffic. And a lot of schools are nearby. So in the school starting and ending time the traffic is a nightmare. Otherwise decent service and average rooms.

Location of this guesthouse is near liluah. Problem is they are not providing even snacks, tea or any eatery and we need to go 1 km for restaurant Also lift is small and they use same for transfer of material for their banquet hall due to which you may need to wait for more time if you want to use lift service.

The Hotel was very nice,And staff Behaviour also good Rooms are Clean and RO Water Supply also supplied Owner Behaviour also very Good

Actually I got a room in guest house. But had a bad experience from the beginning. I made the payment via Google pay shared the screen shot of transaction. But the person sitting in reception don't have much idea on UPI payment and he was calling some other person and checking the status. He was so restless and asking me to pay the amount via cash and he didn't even allow me to check in the room. I had a small argument and but he kept on saying the amount is not credited finally I shared my bank statement. But the person in reception not convinced but some other person agreed on that and allow me to check in. When I enter into room there was no water in bathroom. No gas is AC it was very hot in room after switch on AC . Water came after complaining but no improvement on AC. Room and bathroom is Okay- neat and clean. In my overall experience I suggest to stay away from these unprofessional teams.
