Very clean. Staffs were very cooperative. Location was also good. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Location was not very suitable for family at night all kind of people keep roaming in the lane

The hotel premises are full of cigarette smell, very small door and very space to walk inside the rooms, The rooms were very small and fully dirty. They were asking extra money for the rest room also from the booking amount and hotel staff is also unprofessional and very route to the customer, Please don't book this type of garbage hotel

There is very weak communication, at the same the behaviour is rude. I would recommend everyone to not choose this place for their stay in Kolkata. In terms of facilities, there was almost nothing, and sanitation is totally unsafe. They charge extra and have weird rules and policies for charger and staying.

Such a worst hotel I have ever seen, being a traveller I stayed across many places but no place are worst than this. These staffs are totally fraud, when we booked online they were asking extra money here before checking, when rooms aren't comfortable then asked for shifting, without our consent by telling we get refund full by booking platform they cancelled & till today no refund though they taken extra money to provide another big space room. Don't stay & don't visit this hotel
