Absolutely the worst place I have ever been.. This is best for 30 mins stays for illicit activities and that too as the cheapest option possible.. The rooms doesn't deserve even 250 Rs for single night stays and I am feeling looted as they charged 1000 for a single day stays.. Rooms are disgusting.. bathrooms are dirt filthy and behaviour is the sickest.. no parking.. no amenities.. not even drinking water inside rooms.. avoid at all cost

Staff behaviour is also very rude.Bathroom is worst greaser is dead Flush is also not working properly.i suggest you all don't stay this hotel.

I went to the hotel yesterday night and I was at Santragachi station for my stay and my train was late.I went to that hotel and rented a toto for the night for 200 a little inside.From Santragachi the map will show one point six but Toto will take you three kilometers plus.You will not get a room that night at the rate shown in that hotel price, you have to go there and pay a separate extra charge. You will have to pay twenty rupees extra for the water bottle in the hotel room.

Most third class Oyo hotel... Police and government should take action.. They always post online but after visit not accepted and charge extra money... This is not one time i stay near this hotel 3 times same experience our guest feel sad... I said them remove hotel from all website but they said we have no knowledge. But reality is owner post but they run scam...

Did the payment completed all the necessary documentation and after that still the owner was calling for money. They only treat Bengali people nicely. Stay at your own risk when you want to waste the money and hamper your mood.

Hotel manager denying checkin. They asked extra amount along with oyo commission charge. Very rude behavior of hotel manager. Don't know how to behave with guest. Rooms are not clean and up to mark. Very unhygienic. You will feel jurk in upper floor rooms when any heavy vehicle pass through the highway. Very bad experience from OYO and their hotels. Please, Don't book if you are coming from far distance. Because you will not be sure they will provide the room or not. And if you are with family then you will stuck and end with unnecessary more charges. Hotel manager is very unprofessional .
