I had celebrated my birthday party here and it was a grand one because of this property and their management team. 1. 24/7 Staff service 2. Fully covered with AC 3. First of all, it was a function hall and it was taken by oyo for room facilities.The 3rd floor in the building is still under construction. The owner asks to cancel the booking on the oyo app and asks to pay his UPI account directly as he can earn an extra amount. After you cancel on oyo, you can not complain to oyo customer care. The owner will not accept booking from oyo for sure and will ask to cancel and pay him. Second, the rooms were given tidy, but there is no housekeeping facility here. And there are no amenities here No geyser No fan regulators, the fan runs on 5 all-time No wall mounted clothes hangers No door mat atleast infront of the washroom No bucket and mug in the bathroom Third, there is no food option available here. If you're looking for a stay with food, this is not a place for you. The caretaker Rahul is full of attitude and doesn't respond well. The hotel didn't at least maintain a water bottle case so that they could provide it to customers. There is a local bar in the same compound of the hotel, and there's noice at night time When I've asked for a water bottle, the guy rahul bought it from the bar 45 mins after i asked him and asked to pay him 30rs as he bought it from the bar. Other than these, the rooms are spacious, and you can enjoy your view if you are given a room with a balcony, adding a pic of it.

Booked Tanima villa top floor, roof top only and reviews are below- Pros - 1. Roof top has very good ambience with two rooms. 2.The decoration was done as per requirements and it can be given 5 star only to Naru da. 3. Parking space was adequate. Cons - 1.Banquet management and service is very much poor. No one was there from management side to solve any problem instantly. 2. lift operator was missing from the start to end of program but payment of 3000 rs was taken fully previously for operator. Hardly someone saw operator for an hour. 2.Seating arrangement was given less than I booked. 3.Sound system Mic was making screeching sound from the beginning of the event, got it repaired at night 10pm. 4. They also harassed us for taking out our personal belongings as I did not paid 1000 for lift operator and Mic issue, and 700 for less seating arrangements as poor service.

Proper hospitality by their staff. Well maintained premium & spacious rooms with 24/7 staff support. Will recommend this property for all kind of parties and stay.

It's a good community Hall in Anduk Road

Had been in many properties in and around Kolkata but this one is the best out of it. People must stay here for a better experience.

Their behaviour is very kind. And the environment is really awesome.I would highly recommend this place for any function.
