I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Prakrity Village Resort Sundarbans, and I must say it was a complete letdown. The entire stay felt like a colossal waste of time and money. First and foremost, the resort seems to have a serious credibility issue. Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that most of the glowing online reviews are suspiciously priced at just $1. It's disheartening to see a place resort to such tactics to boost its image. It's a shame that instead of focusing on providing a genuinely positive experience for guests, Prakrity Village Resort Sundarbans resorts to purchasing fake reviews to deceive potential customers. The rooms were mediocre at best, with outdated furnishings and questionable cleanliness. The so-called amenities promised on their website were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair. The swimming pool, which looked inviting in the pictures, turned out to be a murky disappointment. The staff's attitude was lackluster, and it was evident that they were more interested in extracting money from guests than ensuring a pleasant stay. The level of customer service left much to be desired, with uninterested and unhelpful responses to our concerns. Moreover, the food at the on-site restaurant was subpar, lacking variety and flavor. It felt like the kitchen was cutting corners at every opportunity, leaving guests with a less-than-appetizing dining experience. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Prakrity Village Resort Sundarbans to think twice. The resort's reliance on fake reviews raises serious questions about their integrity and commitment to providing a quality experience. Save your money and look elsewhere for a genuine and enjoyable retreat in the Sundarbans.

Right from pickup to drop, all arrangements were very good. The scenic beauty was awesome. The location, safety and security of this homely, budget resort is impressing. Food is good, staff is well-behaved and friendly. Enjoyed the special tribal dance arrangements.

How a wonderful places. This place is really a nature-based ressort. This place is a breath of fresh air. Bangla food is very testy. For nature loving travelers it might be a good choice to check out.

Nice resort must visit

Hi this is Anirban here. I had gone to sunderban on 31.12.15 to 3.1.16, with my family(12 heads) from Jamshedpur. I am an Electrical Engineer and an XLRI alumni. Sunderban is a good place to tour(only if you don't expect to see a tiger) but the hotel that I had booked, Prakrity village resort, is horrible to say the least. We had booked 6 double bedded rooms. All the rooms were dirty(had leftover of chicken pieces and empty wine bottles, 2 beds were broken) they don't have a sweeper. The bathrooms were very dirty, toilet flushes were not working, they were supplying water from a dirty fish pond nearby, for bathing. The false ceiling made of ply was broken in one room. There is no electricity in Dayapur, they used to run generator(6pm to 10pm). The quality of food that they provide is very bad and the prices are very high rather I would say food at the motor boats were good.And the staff were very rude and when we complained they even threatened us of the consequences and told that if the services are not good then we must check out immediately. The owner Mr. Prosenjit Ghosh is very aggressive and arrogant, It is my humble request to the tourist who are planning to book rooms in prakrity village resort, pls change your decision and go to some other hotel, I would suggest see for hotels in either Gosaba or Pakhiralay, as both the places are well connected to electricity.if you don't want to spoil your holiday then please don't book rooms in Prakrity village resort.
