Treebo Concerto Residentia

Terrible hotel. I had booked a room here for an online meeting. The Treebo website had clearly mentioned that there would be high speed internet. Contrarily, there was very poor internet connectivity. I had to shift the table from one end of the room to the other to get some wifi signal. This was after I got my room changed with the hope of getting better connectivity. They also have very poor lighting, all bulbs and tube lights were emitting yellow light. I know that may be the norm in these cheap hotels, but there should have been at least one white light bulbs as well. The staff were not polite either. The person at the reception first tried to extract extra money but when I read to them the terms and conditions on the Treebo website, he budged. Very unprofessional. Treebo is to be blamed more than the property owner and staff for creating false expectations via their website.

I went to the restaurant here. Food is very good. A variety of options are available and each taste authentic. Had mutton seekh, achari chicken kebab.chicken peri peri. In the main course we had chicken fried rice, chilli chicken, mixed noodles, garlic naan and chicken rara. Chicken rara was really good. Each dish was different and authentic, not like common gravy in other restaurants.

Just now we had food from the restaurant, worst experience ever. I really donno about the stay, but I suggest don't try food from the restaurant, price is too high, thats okay but accordingly to the price food is damn bad. Ultimate disappointment.

When you look for pet friendly hotel they are the first one to show up (thanks to great marketing) but the unfortunately aren't pet friendly. It's important that big hotel chains in our country evolve to that level. Never stayed here so can't comment on that but if you are looking for a pet friendly option, despite being number 1 on the search results, they aren't.

The hotel and the staffs is amazing they charged me 1450 per day for an AC room with complimentary breakfast. The stay was quite good. It's 5 km from the railway station but you can book rapido bike or taxi even if you arrive at late night

At Prima faci, you won't be able to spot the location. After a call, you understand that it is the same building as KFC. Rooms are okay and manageable but services are below average. Not recommend. Delayed Breakfast, uncooperative behaviour. Better get some. other properties. No working wifi, No Telephone, and 8:30 Breakfast time which is of no use when on a business trip.

Overall experience was good but the hotel has no lift so it becomes difficult for the elderly persons to walk upstairs.There should be a fan in the hotel room.Apart from these everything was nice(including the location,the staff behaviour & the food).
