Best place to stay in diamond harbour for Ganga Sagar. Well secured with its own compound. Nit and cleaned. Green surroundings. Attentive staff.

Very dirty hotel. A place full of mosquitoes. Very rude staff. Even after asking for a change with a pen, it didn't change.

Beautiful Resort. Good for children. Food is good but there is a space for beautification of the Resort.

I recently stayed at the hotel giridh and it was a truly disappointing experience. The room was dirty, with dust and grime in every corner. The bed linens looked like they hadn't been changed, and the bathroom was moldy and smelled terrible. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. For the high price I paid, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Does A bedsheet cost 2000 rs .. it was a very normal thing for a girl.. blood stain on bed was very normal it doesn't cost 2000 rs ..learn how to business

To start with, the staff of the hotel were reasonably attentive, prompt, and willing to help. The rooms, on the other hand, left much to desire.. there were several small cockroaches around the mini fridge and closet, the sheets were clean, but the towels werent. The 2 chairs provided were dirty with scraps and bits of food around the cushion fold.. and there was not even a toothbrush provided.. Pool was reasonably clean and they were keepjng it clean.. they also ran the jacuzzi for a decent time.. tip to the management, if you dont want the pool to get dirty whenever someone gets in, clean the pool-side walkway, so that guests wont carry dirt and grime under their foot when getting in the pool.. also, make sure that the accessway from the hotel, to the pool, opens at the stairs where you want the guests to get in the pool, not towards the deeper side of the pool .

1. Room: Booked a royal suite.Room was spacious and large. But super un-maintained. Mirrors were broken. Bathroom was dirty as well with weird poop like substances on the wall, cloth hangers broken. Blankets and towels were unwashed, found blood stains. See the images. Staff were lazy, as entire premises was covered with water puddles on the floor and dirty marks on the walls in the common area. 2. Service: Intercom line was broken in the room. Asked repeatedly to fix it, but they never did. Hence, all calls to the reception desk had to be done via my mobile phone which was a hassle. 3. Food: They provide a 6 page menu book, with more than 200+ snacks, starters and other extravagant items. I was overjoyed. Upon ordering, they said only 2-3 fixed items are available. Food service was worst. Plates had stains, spoons not provided. Taste was sub-par when compared to the prices they charged. Recommendation: Okay for a night's stay at best. Consider another place if you are planning more days. Good places near the Fort area.
