HOTEL PALACIO REGENCY

A lovely, clean and comfortable hotel to stay with beautiful rooms. Food served at their restaurants are of good quality and the menu is quite spread out with an array of options, which were all good! The staff are polite and helpful too which made the stay extra warm.

Great place to stay. Not too far from town and is on the highway. Subho and Biswas were very helpful staff with the room and it's preparedness. Had a lovely stay after a very long drive. The room was excellent, had a lovely view, the bathroom was very tidy, hot showers were a bliss. Accessing the centre of the was just 14min from here by car so was very good for us. Loved staying there and will definitely stay again if I'm crossing the town.

I along with my wife spent four nights in Hotel Palacio Regency, at Alipurduar and gathered wonderful experience of a very pleasant and happy stay. We were overwhelmed with the cordial behavior of every staff in the reception counter, especially Subhro, as well as service provided by each and every supporting person, including Rohit, who altogether worked under the careful command and affectionate guidance of Mr. Malay Debnath. The courtesy shown and cooperation extended by him had been in true sense awesome. In addition to fulfilments of all the requirements, he generously organized our desired tour in adjoining areas to make our first visit to Alipurduar a memorable one. I find immense pleasure in recommending this property, which in my consideration, is very clean, cozy, comfortable and ideal for spending stress-free leisure days with family at a peaceful location where all the modern facilities are available but in a countryside ambience.

A good hotel in Alipurduar. We did encounter issue with the room but were helped in moving to another room. There is place for parking but is narrow. Their restaurant has live entertainment which is certainly a surprise. Food is good but service can be a tad slow. A good hotel to stay if you are in the city.

The staff members were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm and friendly attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Whether you prefer a light meal or a hearty breakfast, there was something for everyone. Additionally, the hotel has its own in-house restaurant, providing even more dining options for guests who prefer to eat in. Overall, Palacio Regency is a great place to stay, whether you're traveling for business or leisure. The combination of clean rooms, great amenities, excellent hospitality, and delicious food makes it a top choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We stayed here for a night. I must say good food and comfortable stay. Their prices are reasonable. They have sufficient parking space as well.

Loved our stay here. It's worth the amount we pay for. This was our 3rd time stay here. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are perfect. We love the food here too. It's a stop for us every time we drive from Meghalaya to Kolkata.

I had a lovely stay at this newly built hotel. Everything was spotless and hygienic, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I loved every bit of my time here!
