Excellent hotel. Very clean property and food was good. Rooms were big and bathroom was clean. They arranged a folk performance on Saturday which was very enjoyable. Swimming pool was big and good. Only drawback is limited parking space. AC could have been better.

Although The Creek Restaurant is out of town, the drive is compensated by the stunning scenery. The environment is truly lovely there. The rooms are outstanding - they are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The property is equipped with a gym and a spa, making it a great place for relaxation. The swimming pool is also impressive, complete with some cozy sofas to lounge on. Even though the facilities are top-notch, the food was quite a letdown. It was decent, but far from extraordinary - more on the medium side. On the plus side, the staff were wonderful - very friendly and attentive, so that helped a bit. They definitely made the experience better. In conclusion, it's a great escape for anyone who is just looking to relax. Another thing that needs consideration is improving the food.

In connection with a large conference being held here, my wife and I along with many friends stayed in this resort for 2 nights last week. The resort is very well planned and maintained with beautiful flower gardens, big lawns, swimming pool and a large hall to accommmodate around 650-700 persons. Room 101 "Palash" that we stayed in was well appointed with all amenities. Food in its restaurant was of a good standard. Overall a pleasant experience. Parking space for cars is limited looking at the number of rooms and most guests travelling by own vehicles.

A moderately reviewed resort offers comfortable rooms with standard amenities, satisfactory facilities, and friendly service. While it provides good value for money, potential downsides include dated decor, limited dining options, and peak season crowds. Overall, it's a reliable choice for travelers prioritizing value and essential amenities..

Due to my several stays at Bolpur, I managed to stay here for a night and had a mixed experience. The location is a bit outside of the town, but manageable since totos/autos are available from the main road just outside the gate, in case someone does not have a vehicle. In case one does, then the challenge of the parking comes in, which is where my first issue was. The parking is limited inside. I initially parked inside but was asked to keep the car outside for a while since an event was going on. I requested the folk to let me know once the parking spot inside emptied since I did not want to keep my car outside overnight. I reminded them again at 11o'clock and they said they'll let me know in a while. But that never mind. Point 2 that could be improved was the service time. Food took an eternity to come to the room. Finally again, a lack in communication that is quite evidently there, I requested for a paid carwash in the morning at around 7o'clock. They confirmed. But while I was checking out, they mentioned that the people had forgotten to do it. So after the car getting dusty standing outside all night, they forgot to do the paid carwash in the morning as well. But not everything was bad, the rooms are more than decent with most amenities and the food was pretty good. They also added a nice touch with some welcome snacks and a note in the room, where they put my surname wrong. Service needs to improve.

They charge extra money for using their towels and the owner does not have any manners to talk.. Kindly don't visit such bad resorts.. Worst resort ever.. Staying at home is better from getting a room in this resort..

A Tranquil Escape with a Sour Note: My Stay at The Creek Shantiniketan Boutique Resort||My recent stay at The Creek Shantiniketan Boutique Resort was, for the most part, a truly excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the resort's aesthetic. The use of all-wooden furniture throughout the property created a warm, rustic, and inviting ambiance that perfectly complemented the serene surroundings of Shantiniketan.||The rooms were beautifully appointed, comfortable, and offered a sense of peace and tranquility. It was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the design and the quality of the craftsmanship in the wooden furnishings.||While my booking through Make My Trip meant that breakfast was chargeable, this was a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. For future travelers, it might be worth noting that booking directly by calling 9002538677 or emailing reservation@thecreekresorts.com could potentially offer different inclusions.||Getting to the resort was relatively straightforward. As mentioned, you can easily book a cab directly from Prantik Station, which is a small but historically significant station, built in 1867. It adds a touch of old-world charm to the journey.||During my stay, I found the staff to be generally helpful and courteous. I would particularly like to mention Prasenjit (9332798642), who was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure my comfort and assist with any queries I had. He is a valuable asset to The Creek.||However, my otherwise delightful experience was unfortunately marred by a very unpleasant incident during checkout. While I was standing outside, I could clearly hear the General Manager, Sourav Sarkar, barking at a staff member in a very indecent and unprofessional manner from inside. This was quite shocking and left a sour taste in my mouth.||In the hospitality industry, the way management treats its staff has a direct impact on the overall guest experience. Witnessing such disrespectful behavior from a senior figure like the General Manager is deeply concerning. It creates a negative atmosphere that can easily trickle down to the rest of the team and ultimately lead to customer dissatisfaction. Managers who believe it is acceptable to shout at their employees in such a manner are detrimental to the image and reputation of any establishment.||In conclusion, The Creek Shantiniketan Boutique Resort offers a truly beautiful and tranquil stay with its charming wooden interiors and peaceful atmosphere. The assistance provided by individuals like Prasenjit is commendable. However, the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the General Manager during my checkout was a significant disappointment and needs to be addressed to ensure a consistently positive experience for all guests.||I would still recommend The Creek for its inherent beauty and potential for a relaxing getaway, but I sincerely hope the management takes note of the incident I experienced and fosters a more respectful and supportive work environment for their staff.

Excellent property in Shantiniketan. Huge property with ample space along with a big playing ground and swimming pool. Rooms are big and neat and clean. Services were excellent. The food was delicious. Only problem was the number of seats available in the restaurant are very less and creates chaos on a busy day. If you are travelling with senior citizens try to book ground floor cottage/room as there is no elevator. All the attractions are nearby. Very much recommended.
