Staff behavior is very good, food quality is not good, but their service & room quality is better!

I stayed in Hotal Galaxy for 3 nights and it was a lovely experience. Staffs were very helpful and attentive. Room was decorated with modern furnitures and LED TV. Nice and clean room. Toilet was also clean. They provide fresh linen everyday

One of the worst hotel experiences. Adjustable in terms of location & Rooms, if you turn a blind eye to cockroaches and insects roaming around inside the bed when lights are off and never heard before conditions like, never bringing outside food so that you order only from the overpriced restaurant down below and forcing to pay per night even though you told them you will be here for a week. Trust goes both ways. For a hotel to be presentable as premium in its location, you can embellish all you can but having decent service and approachable reception goes a long way, In thr case, all of them act like they own the place especially one of the staff in reception, if you are reading this, get a job where you don't need any human interaction, cuz you clearly can't sell products when inquired, make a decent approachable face rather than showing us how miserable of a life you are having instead. A sufferable 1 week stay. I'm not recommending this hotel even to my worst enemies.

Located at Baruipur near 218 Bus stand. Room is very clean and wonderful. 3 types of room available , bathroom also clean and big size. Staff behaviour politeness. Lift facilities here. You can order food from here. Adult couples are allowed. But original photo address proof required for both.

Last week I went to Baruipur for an official visit. I stayed in Hotel Galaxy for 2 days and I really enjoyed my stay.They give all room amenities and the staffs are very friendly and well behaved. They have wifi access also in the rooms. Rooms are well decorated with modern furnitures and all facilities. They have a restaurant also 'Bhookemon'. I enjoyed amazing Indian food their specially Mutton Biryani. This is the best hotel in Baruipur. I'll definitely come back soon

Superb Hotel.i stayed room number 414.clean and spacious room.All people & staffs of hotel were very good. Mr Sardar the manager was excellent person highly cooperative.
