OYO ALISHA LODGE

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. The hygiene standards were beyond terrible -- there were spit stains and litter everywhere, even inside the bedrooms! It was shocking and extremely unhygienic. When we raised concerns about the cleanliness, the staff casually admitted that they only sweep the rooms and don't bother to mop at all. No maintenance, no proper cleaning, and no sense of responsibility whatsoever. It's clear they have no intention of providing even basic hygiene for their guests. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. This was by far the most disgusting and disappointing hotel experience I've ever had.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Book! This hotel is a complete disaster. The complete hotel management is very very bad staff members are completely unprofessional and does not listen if you ask for towels, slippers, or any service. The room is filthy, the bedsheet is dirty, and the washroom is unhygienic. We had to keep requesting cleaning, but they either denied or just cleaned one thing and left the rest dirty. I paid around 1200, this is not worth it...I swear it feels like a 200-400 hotel. Even the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms, and you have to keep going up and down the stairs to get anything done. My experience was very bad there...I am suggesting not to go there. Horrible experience! I will Never book again!....

My recent stay at the Alisha lodge was fantastic! From the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out, I was treated with exceptional hospitality. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the amenities in the room were great. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

If u are visiting asansol. Then I especially recommend you don't stay here.. faltu lodge..

Worst experience ever. If you are going to stay in this hotel, Take your own responsibility of your vehicle. All though they have parking facilities but parts of your vehicle could be stolen from the parking. And the behaviour of the manager is worst. He will start arguing with you. And won't take responsibility of the stolen parts. And you have to bear the cost of the things from your pocket.

I recently booked this hotel. First you find trouble to find this hotel then after when you check in they told you that pay extra charges for room other than what OYO ask to pay then after if you decline his purposal and ask for room he Directly say all rooms are book and if you told OYO or complain OYO authority i directly told him that there is short circuit in the room and defend myself. I booked for AC room but i get simple non AC with bathroom seat broken and about mosquito you don't sleep well. Reviews are better for intelligent people Be careful and visit one more OYO property 100 steps away from Alisha thank you guys
