They cheat you with promised/available facilities. They confirm verbally & by WA BEFORE advance booking amount is paid/gpay transfer done, BUT on arriving at Hotel they offer something else, a room with lesser facilities. And they say they do not have any available room with the promised facilities. So you are properly CONNED !!!!

Perfect Hotal For Stay in Asansol. Staff was very good.

Not worth the money.... Tariffs are so high for such old hotel... No lifts, smelly corridor and rooms... Only recommended of its your last option..... Bed is so thin, you will feel like sleeping on wood.

Rooms are too small that you fell that someone has put your bed in balcony. And ofcourse tariff also is at higher side. Never recommend this kind of hotel unless you don't find any other options.

Room quality not good as per my opinion

Comfortable rooms, good facilities, located at most important place, cordial and considerate staff. Whenever I come to Asansol, I lodge here. Homely feeling.

Rooms are old but okey for corporates, not family. They don't have any kind of food facility.
