Hotel Utsav Palace is located on the Uttarkashi Gangotri Road. The approach to the hotel is through a narrow passage and is behind another hotel on the main road. Rooms are on 2 floors. The rooms are simple and clean. Washrooms are attached with geysers. The view from the rooms and balcony is very beautiful. There is no restaurant or food available in the hotel. The whirring sounds of fan from lower floor at night is disturbing and does not let you sleep.
