Rosewood Apartment Hotel - Pantnagar

One of the decent hotels with good room space at this region. The service level is very average. The food is also Ok only and will be empty most of the time during breakfast. The amenities are also to be maintained better as the same age old building and you can get the sound of a room near the room regularly. Can facility is good option for official and personal usage. But the cost of cab booking are at higher side. The laundry service is very average. The swimming pool is at open space and hence expose to sunlight. The timings are also not suitable for daily usage. The lift facilities are average with frequent breakdown. We need to follow-up for lift issue and laundry issues with these team. The welcome kit are not being provided to all members and to be followed. The complimentary water bottles itself to be followed and obtained due to poor service

No much facilities available. All the people after telling don't take any interest in there work. Bed sheets are dirty blankets are not gud. Dust everywhere. And price is very high.

Most unhygienic canteen. Found Cockroach in our Daal at Dinner. Staff behavior very rude and unpleasant experience. Avoid going to this hotel.

Room size is Good , with pantry & fridge an all other facilities ,no charging socket on bed side all yellow & dim lights interior awaits makeover

This Hotel is very worst hotel available in rudrapur..ammenties, food quality, staff behaviour and room is very very worst now, earlier it was good but now it is very worsen quality of service..I will not recommend this hotel at all now. please stay in other properties in rudrapur except Rosewood..

Services are poor.||Most of the time house keeping didn't receive the call.||After pickup cab will keep moving here there for another pickup, for 15 min. Distance almost took one hour most of the time||GM not understand the customer requirement always support their team in wrong thing also.

All time big issue, no power , no water, poor housekeeping, tasteless food , not seems to be standard hotel. Management need to be take care this all . He is most of the time invisible and having masala in his mouth. Very unprofessional behaviour
