Super Hotel O Awas Vikas Near Bus Stand formerly Hotel Rivera

Worst hotel ever stayed in my life. Don't book your stay at this hotel staff's are too rude all staff and housekeeping guys are owner of the hotel and they won't provide you anything until you gonna beg for it. All will do arguments on small things. Matters are not good spring and plastic rods comming out the housekeeping guy was like so jao na sir sab aise rehte hai. Don't book this hotel

I have stayed in several hotels over the past 15 days, but Hotel Rivera stands out as the best among them. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The washroom, an essential aspect of any hotel stay, was also spotless and well-maintained. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience at this stay. Many mosquitos, no proper toilets cleaned, no button for lights switch off at night, not properly maintained rooms, no lift......Apart from this, my hand got injury due to nail protruding from bed. Overall bad experience. Please don't stay here at all.

Room was fine but their were no amenities provided, receptionist attitude was so arrogant, mosquito in room, bathroom ceiling was leaking water. they think that their hotel is so good, even though its not, behaviour of the staff is very bad, will not recommend the hotel for any time.

I booked the hotel with breakfast but hotel manager demand extra amount for breakfast. All guest facing same problem. I suggest to all before the booking please confirm with hotel manager, if you paid online payment

Amazing stay with best amenities with spacious room but manager was rude and don't provide bill if we pay for extra mattress
