Very bad service Breakfast and useless.

It was a very good experience.I have already stayed here four times.Staff are all good.Specially Rajendra sir who is at the reception.He is a very good man.Coffee was very tasty.Complete safety for couple. .nice hotel.

Verry bad hotal and room

The hotel is quite good. The ambience is good enough. I stayed here in winter in a non-ac room. The receptionist is quite cooperative and the other staffs too. The hotel is quite good for those who want to stay near IIT Roorkee. It's just about 100m from century gate. The room is big enough. There is some issue in the service point of view but you can always get it done by repeatedly asking staff for the same. Overall a good and affordable hotel.

pros: 1. Location of the hotel is little bit inside,but convenient for shopping, transportation. 2. Spacious Restaraunt, fully airconditioned, food is good but it depends on taste. 3. Rooms are good all basic facillities available here. 4. Seprate Bar is also available here. Cons: 1. In restaurant, lack of cleaness and hospitality. 2. Waiters are not well trained. my overall experience is good. please visit and share ur expeience.

This is good place for a quick fix for starters and drinks but very bad for regular visits. The lighting is horribly lacking, causing difficulty in even having a good look at the food. Also, as the judge of non-vegetarian dishes, it's usually a hit or miss whether it turns out to be good. Affordable for group events, though. P.S. most drinks are usually unavailable.

Pathetic service and room quality. All the switches in room were burned out, hence not working. Bathroom had a very bad odour.

Beautiful experience on stay for three days. Room are very spacious, living room, service is very good, people are very friendly, specially Reception manager is very kind nature and humble.
