Hotel Aqua Vibes

This is a bullshit property. I almost paid 8k for a night here. Their overall service was so poor. To start with the check in was not at all smooth. As soon as we entered the room there was a foul odour that struck us. The bathroom was so unhygienic and poor. There were cockroaches everywhere. The room had so many flies. Breakfast was poor aswell. When we returned back at night and ordered noodles, he didn't follow the preparation rules. The noodles were so saggy and poor at taste. Then we tried to order something but the just don't answer the calls. I had to the reception at 10 pm to understand what's happening, they tell me that the room service was shut for the day and that they did a favour on us by giving us the noodles. The head of F&B says that be had inform in the morning only at the reception that room service wouldn't be provided. Nobody accepted their mistake until the end. This was unbelievable. Nightmare

Had a 2 day stay here in the dorm. The staff is good, their service is quick. The view from the roof is just wow, have a look at pictures and time lapse that I've attached. This hotel is situated in the tapovan area and has good cafes around for cafe hopping. I enjoyed my time here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aqua Vibes Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a calming theme that really set the tone for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our window was just perfect. What stood out the most was the attentive and friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were always available with helpful recommendations for local activities. Overall, Aqua Vibes Hotel made for an unforgettable getaway, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this hotel offers the perfect mix of luxury and comfort.

"AVOID" Just the perfect combination of the most pathetic, horrible and terrible experience I've ever had. The hotel staff certainly doesn't understand hospitallity and are just blatantly arrogant. The rooms are nothing short of filthy and the blankets were literally soiled and filled with dust. And yet, they have the audacity to charge tariffs that go way beyond what they offer.

I recently stayed at Hotel Aqua Vibes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the warm welcome to the cozy rooms, everything was perfect. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, the price was very reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rishikesh.

The hotel was not at all value for money, the property is worth <1k per night for which we were charged for 8k during Holi. We understand the surcharge but it doesn't mean that the facilities will be sub par. The basics of hand towel, dental kit, handwash (was entirely water with little soap) was missing. The staff needs to learn the basics of hotel management. On asking for hand towel, the staff left the room and didn't provide us in our 2 days stay with the basics of hand towel and dental kit. The next day when we asked for towel change, we received a response that they can only give post 4pm. For room cleaning we had to be after the staff. The only catch- the in house restaurant had the slowest service with the order waitlist of 1.5hrs. Festivity, manpower issue is understandable but then one should not put the property up for 4x the regular prices. We felt cheated for our deal.

Don't visit this hotel, not recommended if you don't want to spoil your tour. Very bad experience, don't trust on fake review. I want to give zero star but unfortunately no such option. Staff: Very rude staff, even they don't know how to talk with customer. If you ask anything then they will don't talk properly. Service: Worst, rooms are very dirty like toilet, bedsheet, even kettle was also dirty. Hotel is very far so trasportation will be the major issue.

The stay was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, i was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. Checkin process was smooth and efficient. Room was spotless and was offering all modern amenities one could ask for. One of the highlight was the dining experience with a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, my expectations were meet and I will recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable stay.
