Kuyal Corbett Resort

This property is Simply VALUE FOR MONEY. Me and my family booked 3 hotel rooms for 2 days last weekend and it was worth every penny. Food taste, service by staff, pool,breakfast everything was excellent. We had to ask to staff for general thing sometimes but they were on their toes considering the rush, so not a negative but can be more effective. Also, considering the cost i.e. 2700 rs per room in a long weekend, it was a excellent service. It has swimming pool , football, badminton,cricket and swings as well both for kids and adults. Also the property is not in proper ramnagar or near luxury hotel lane, so it saves a lot of time from traffic while roaming. All in a go ,it deserves a 5 star for a chill weekend experience.

We had an amazing stay at Kuyal Corbett Resort! The resort accomodation was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their service and hospitality were good enough, friendly, attentive and professional. The amenities, including the pool and the restaurant were top-notch. Furthermore, the location was perfect, close to major attractions. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely return! Manipur National Games Football Team

Had been here in mid July 2024 and it is the worst resort ever! I am surprised how come they have good reviews, but our experience started right from a dirty room to dirty towels with tea/coffee stains. Few towels were torn as well. NO ELECTRICITY - There was no electricity and we were sweating it out throughout the night when there was power cut. NO WATER - The worst was when there was no water in bathrooms and we had to use drinking water bottle to help relieve us! Throughout the night we stayed there was no water and even during the day until about 12pm or so. They pumped water and we got some to take bathe. STAFF RUDENESS - The staff was very rude and did not give us towels to bathe even though they had them for 2-3 hours. For rest of the members after 4-5 hours one member travelled and got us some towels which were dirty and all in all it was a terrible experience. NO MAINTENANCE - The resort is not maintained well and the bedsheets were also dirty. NO PHONES - Their in room phones were not working so we couldn't call unless we walked to reception. NO IRON - After above experience we didn't really have much hope for an iron to iron clothes and we were right. The only reason I wrote such a long review is because of our frustration and no one else should have to experience such a thing. Overall I wish they had minus points and I would gladly give it. Not recommended at all! Better to stay away from here-learn from our experience! If you still want to go then pls go AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
