Collection O Hotel Bhagirathi

We stayed in this hotel last month (March 2024). It was quiet good. The service was good. View from the balcony was very beautiful. They have different types of rooms. We had booked a room with balcony view. Can't say much about other rooms. Tehri lake is almost 5 - 6 km from this hotel. Breakfast was complementary and was quiet tasty.

This is just an okay place to stay. I stayed for 1 night with my friends in Sep 2023. This is a restaurant turned into a small hotel. It has only 3 rooms. Two rooms have a balcony with a view of mountains. The rooms are newly built and size is fine. No AC in rooms. Bathrooms are small but clean. Geyser was there. The hotel has parking and free wifi. There is no restaurant but they provide food in the room and the food quality is satisfactory. There are only two persons at reception and one of them provide the room service. The hotel is just ok to stay but lacks professional experience. No intercom phone in room, for everything you need to to go to reception. In short, hotel not good for a family stay but okay if you are staying with friends and just for one night (or two max).

Absolutely fraud people, my brother from delhi booked this hotel for his son destination marriage inspired by dhami govt. Slogan "come uttranchal ",the arrengement was not at all satisfactory and the worse part come when some local gunda kind of guy's came and did miss behave with us ,they have broken 3 light bulbs only,instead of taking action against those guys they called police and claimed 84 thousand rs from us just for 500 rs lights, we were so scared that time due to this insident and wanted to just escape from this situation due to small children and relatives. It was a very horrible experience .All outsider please take a serious note on this. Please do not visit this hotel as they might fraud you too.

Stayed there for a night, tv was not working, and even after requesting multiple times, the owner said no to shift room even for few hours. As we had little kid and had few hours to spend before bed. Poor customer service. You should not expect the services which is shown at the time booking.

The pricing was decent and there were less people . I recommend to wake up early cause view is quiet astonishing.

The hotel is good. Rooms are good. Location is good even the staff though new, is good but this hotel is a fraud. I booked a room and when I reached there after travelling almost 500 kms the owner denied me my room. Saying they no more have a contract with OYO. I was forced to cancel my booking (which I didnot and later got the refund) and was given the same room in double the price I booked it for.

Rooms are good. Bathroom flush doesnt work. Facilities are there but some of them i.e bathroom not maintained. Poor and untidy blanket/quilts/pillows. Location is great. Parking availible. Food is good. Reception and housekeeping friendly. Needs to put effort in maintaining the rooms.

Value for money. You get what you pay for. We were three and we got a big room with one double bed and an extra Single Bed. Hot water was their all time. Food was good above average i must say. Be ready to wait at least 30 mins for your meal. The view is great and we had comfortable stay here. Will be visiting soon. FYI the network is a big concern as the rooms are two floors below and if you have Jio sim then you will not be having any coverage whatsoever. So do carry a second sim of Airtel as Vodafone was also not working great either. Wifi of the hotel works flawlessly so don't worry!
