Sandoz Minerva Boutique Resort - Mussoorie

It's the best property to stay. Super convenient and in the heart of mall road. Rooms are clean, food is yummy and view from rooms is breathtaking. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Special mention for Bhola for all dog lovers, he is a cutie pie.

This is basically a partnership between Hotel Minerva and Sandoz restaurant, both of which are next door to each other. Here are the points to consider: Rooms - Rooms along with their washrooms, were spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities (TV, Wifi, Fridge, Heater, Hair dryer, Tea/Coffee Pantry, bathroom disposables, etc). However, the Wifi was not very good - Many a times, internet speed got very slow. Parking - Car parking is available free of cost. However, the way to parking is very narrow. For big wide cars, it can be problematic - The way should be widened. Staff - Staff was courteous and helpful in general. However, their maintenance work was not up to mark - There was an issue of leakage in our bathroom but it was not repaired properly even though we complained about it twice. Food - We opted for complementary breakfast while booking our room. The complementary breakfast was served in Sandoz restaurant next door as buffet. Following items were there: aloo parantha, chole bhature, fruits, amritsari naan, poha, boiled egg, bread butter and jam, tea, juice. Taste-wise, food was ok-ok. The thing which irked us a bit was that the items were same for all three days we stayed - They should have changed the items a bit. Overall, the experience was good so you can definitely give them a try...

One of the best stays...good rooms with all facilities,good food,good ambience & above all good vibe...this place is at the peak of mall road..where u just get out & njoyy the mall road...best location...thank u Mr Anish Mehra for making our stay so wonderful

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! During the night, there was no attendant at the reception to address guest needs, such as providing extra blankets, water, or resolving issues like the lack of hot water in the taps during the cold weather. Despite requesting assistance from the security guard, no one came to help. In the morning, the promised breakfast buffet was not available. Furthermore, they were unable to provide simple items like cornflakes with cold milk or cold coffee. The quality of the fruit was poor, and the stuffed paratha had minimal filling. Finally, when we inquired at the reception, we were told there was no complaint register available.

From the spectacular mountain views to the mouthwatering food, everything at Sandoz Minerva Boutique was exceptional. Worth every penny! A luxurious stay with a view that takes your breath away! The staff is friendly, and the food is the highlight. Highly recommended for foodies!

I was disappointed with the so-called "mountain view" room. Despite charging an extra 1000 for the view, all I could see were water tanks instead of mountains. Definitely not worth the additional cost!

Never book this hotel as: 1. Breakfast will be served from 9.30 am.. if u have an early start or u r hungry, then there's no food .. 2. If u don't give your keys, there will be no room cleaning.. 3. Too costly for a hotel of this standard.. Not recommended at all..

Pathetic experience The hotel was rated 4 star by mmt. So now i doubt the mmt rating system also Service was more suited for a budget stay hotel , the hotel operated from a reception inside the adjacent restaurant! Toilet fixtures did not work... Staff was overburdened and not at all suited or trained for a 4 star resort Just pathetic! Please don't waste your money and time
