Hotel staff is warm and cordial. They make you feel home and that's the biggest thing when you go out. Special thanks to Akanksha, Pankaj Senior and Pankaj junior. A really nice place to stay. Live music is another reason.||Keep up the good work guys!!!

I had a really comfortable stay. The food and service was extremely good.The best part was heated pool.Since I was travelling with a toddler and it was his first pool experience , the heated pool made sure that he was comfortable and had a great time. We ordered a choclate tart for his 8th Month celebration and it was delicious.

Karan Singh was very nice. He helped us very good! He was quick and noticed us soon. The service overall was good and our stay at the hotel was good too. The people were very nice! Also the boy who helped us with the luggage was very kind. He noticed our little son and even knew his name!

Our experience was great.. such a nice place, the view is beautiful from terrace..we loved it .. staff was very polite.. food was also good.. we enjoyed our trip...specifically Mr pankaj singh and his friend Tanvi they both nice and will come soon

I had a very disappointing experience with Mosaic Hotel, Mussoorie. I purchased a membership voucher worth 10,000, which offered the option to book two rooms. However, when I tried to make a reservation, the hotel kept delaying, saying that rooms were not available, especially during peak summer. I kept following up for weeks, even months, but every time I was told that the rooms were unavailable. Eventually, I gave up on the booking and chose to stay at another hotel for my holiday. Since I had already paid for the voucher, I decided to at least use it for dinner at the hotel. But here came another issue-- the hotel refused to redeem the full voucher at once. After multiple discussions with different managers, they finally agreed to let me use two vouchers, but even then, one was for a meal and the other only for drinks. I felt completely cheated and had to pay extra for my family's dinner. The worst part was when the hotel staff told me that the voucher was sold by a third party, not them. But who hired this third party? The hotel itself! If they are using a third party to sell vouchers, they should also take responsibility for the service. This shows how poorly they treat customers after taking their money. I strongly advise everyone NOT to buy any vouchers for Mosaic Hotel, Mussoorie. It's a complete scam, and the after-sales service is terrible. My rating: -10/10.

I got spa done and it was quite relaxing and stress releasing. Enjoyed my therapy session. Massage done by Noma she has very gentle and good techniques to help you release the tension.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mosaic Hotel in Mussoorie, and I must say, it very good. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall ambiance, nice service, and amenities the hotel offers. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and designed for a cozy feel. The in-house dining options were fantastic, with freshly sourced ingredients. A lot of varieties to have and choose. Another highlight was the indoor heated pool, which was a rare and appreciated feature, especially given Mussoorie's chillier climate. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing swim, no matter the weather outside. As for dining, Charcoal, the hotel's bar and grill, truly refined the stay. The quality of both the food and the drinks was very good. Mosaic Hotel still offers one of the best stays in Mussoorie, with its excellent location (just 100 mtrs before Mall road where entry for private vehicles isn't allowed, otherwise u need to carry your luggage own if your hotel is situated inside the Mall road), spacious rooms, unbeatable indoor pool, and outstanding dining experiences.
