Very Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Money I stayed at this hotel in Kotdwar for 2 days, and the experience was terrible. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Basic services like food, water, and other essentials were delayed. They even charged extra for room delivery from their own hotel, which is unacceptable. The room had no proper bed sheets, and there was no cleanliness. On the first day, they said the charge was 1800 total, but later claimed it was 1800 per day, which is unfair and misleading. Also, the food quality was poor and tasteless. Even though the bus stand is nearby, the hotel is not worth the price or the trouble. Totally a waste of money
