Sumit Hotel

Family stay and the view from this hotel balcony and rooftop is once in a lifetime moment.Sun rise view from this hotel is out of this world, it was so mesmerizing i can't even explain. Staff were very cooperative and helpful, rooms were cleaned. Overall paisa vasool stay.

Hospitality was decent. Food was amazing. Manager Bhaskar was very polite and helpful. Good rooms and perfect view of himalayas from all rooms

The behaviour of the staff - front office as well as kitchen staff is very rude ... They are willing to misbehave with you for 100-200 bucks and they donot even care that you are a traveller with family... They have little respect for the guests... They will not even keep your left out items... Very unfortunate to have stayed here...

The owner's behavior is not good. If someone gives Rs 100-200 more than you, he will cancel your booking. A little greedy. At last we had to book another hotel.

Very poor experience with kitchen staff and at the time of check out... They staff was manipulative which was least expected when u r travelling with family.... Owner was also a bit rude in his tone and they appeared to be in flexible in their approach towards the guests

The hotel was actually good ....there behaviour was very polite ....well behaved food was also good ....overall hotel is good

Pros:|200m from the main circle. But peaceful location with good view on a clear day. Good restaurants nearby. Rooms were pretty spacious, bathroom was clean, Geyser worked. View from balcony is nice. On a clear day Trishul can be seen. Staff was polite. ||Cons:|They have cottages which are across the street but they don't have good view. View is blocked by trees|Restaurant service was a little slow. If you have booked "with breakfast" Then remember, the menu is limited to bread/jam, alu paratha and poha. Other items have to be paid for. |Hotel doesn't have a parking but the street in front is wide enough to accommodate 2-3 cars.
