Hotel Kausani Retreat

Nice Hotel, Very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay , Location is very attractive also food is good. Continue Hot water is best thing. They arranged Bonfire & speakers for us it was wonderful.

Most third class hotel. No hot water even after five hours of reaching at 6:30 pm. TV had not been recharged after numerous requests made to Manager and others. Yet, Manager was reacting rudely, checking boarders rooms whether room heaters were run by any of the boarders. I will never recommend this hotel. I stayed there on 25th Dec. 24. It was a horrific experience at such coldest night. It was less than zero degree. If you go there once, you will never name that hotel at Kausani

This hotel not even deserve single star rating.rooms are dirty.the smell in room is very bad. Rubbish service

Kudos to all the staffs over there. Very helpful staff and punctual. Never faced any problem throughout our stay. But special thanks to Preeti Ma'am for being patient and organize my booking nicely. I'll definitely again visit this property.

The rooms are quite good, can be continued, but the service is very bad, there is no response at the reception when you call, food, water is not given even after asking for it, very bad experience, they were giving services to those who came with groups, I think there are many restaurants, go there. , don't go here

We nine Sr.Citizens stayed for one night in Hotel Kausani Retreat on 11th night ,though the staff at hotel was very cooperative the food was not good and up to the mark The Manager Shri Pankaj Dhoni was very helpful and tried to sort out all the difficulty. The room was tidy .

It was my first ever trip to Kumaon with my family & needless to say that staying at Kaushani retreat was a wonderful experience for all of us. Rooms were very spacious, view from the balcony was awesome & the behaviour of the staffs very polite. I would recommend everyone to stay at Kaushani retreat atleast for one night.
