The best stay in kausani. The owner as well as the stay will make you feel very comfortable, relaxing and home like. The food is also tasty , they are made fresh and according to your taste. The view is exceptional here. Onec can't get over the view. Must visit place. Thankyou Uncle and staff for the warmly stay.

180 degree view of Himalayas from the room. Room service was great and spontaneous. Food was sumptuous. Owner is a kind person and a thorough gentleman. He guided us well. Made us feel comfortable. Though room is basic but at the given price point we will not be able to match it. Highly recommended stay. Keep up the good work

Loved our stay in this hotel, with amazing open views from every room. The staffs were very nice & prompt in service. The place offers a rustic vibe with a wide spread place to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Their food quality is also very good, both in quality & quantity.

We were a group of seven, booked two rooms with two double beds each. Rooms were clean, the service was good, the owner/manager was friendly and hospitable. Reached quite late at night but had our dinner served hot. Missed the sunset due to cloudy weather, but on a clear day the view should be pretty nice. Good stay.

Location is nice. Room house keeping was very bad. Toilet seat was also in broken condition in my room. They gave dinner and breakfast as per convenient time for us. Food was not tasty at all and very poor quality. In the morning, they served tea with tray. Cups were not properly washed and tray was very dirty. Our ladies didn't drink tea after watching condition of tray and cups. Lots of scope for improvement on service and housekeeping part. I visited through Holidays mentor travel agent.

Hello, the holidays mentor booked this garbage like property for 2 nights . I am referring it garbage because the location where it was , like a dumping place . The room's walls was broken and they had hang a doormat there that was so dirty and smelly . The rooms were smelling like poop and what to say about washroom , the toilet seat was dirty the taps were not working and they had made a sewer in the washroom and I slipped in it . The owner's so called brother with 2 peoples cooked the garbage(food) and they are not talking to us in a good way . They are saying that you eat so much , you drink water so much . The restaurant was at a place that was very smelling . The white cushion was black with dirty . The bed sheets were smelling and torne so when we removed the bedsheets we saw that the mattress was whole dirty and in a bad condition . So please do not book this hotel in kausani .

It was a good experience staying at himvadi resort. Resort is in good location we enjoyed the view of himalaya from resort. Beside this lodging was comfortable and very supportive staff . Owner of the resort were very polite and soft spoken as well as helpful . Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall it was a good experience .
