In hotel Anand castle We have organized a get together party and it's was great show . Best part we feel the staff, service and food. The display and taste was amazing. Everything was perfectly managed. Their managers and chef are always keep an eye with your complete event and take care of each n every guests personally. Highly recommend

Special mention to Mr. Jatin bisht who made sure our travel from our respective locations to Kashipur was safe and our stay at the place, even more happy, comfortable and well looked after. I had booked deluxe room for 3 over a month in advance. When I went to check in they said I did not have a booking there. I showed the confirmation mail from cleartrip. They said they were sold out and I yelled. Apparently the manager had cancelled a cleartrip reservation earlier thinking he had cancelled my reservation and gave my room away. I refused to leave since nubs was fully paid and he gave me a horrible room without proper amenities. Room 204. Old AC plugged in with just exposed stripped wires connected to power sticker, dirty washroom with large holes and tiles broken above wash basin and broken light fixtures to name some. We went and argued again to the staff to get a better room. The new room was relatively better but still only had bed space for 2, no phone or kettle. When the staff argued our reservation warranted only these amenities, we showed the discrepancies from their official website. That shut them up

We spent one nights with my friends at Anand Castle hotel and everything was excellent. We immediately got the rooms and the check out was also smooth. The rooms is good and the breakfast was really good with tasteful food items. But the best part of our stay was hospitality. We met Naved Ali who is working here as (Front Office Manager) a highly professional yet extremely helpful and he took care of us from the moment we reached to the hotel. He made our experience extremely pleasurable not having to worry where to go. I would highly recommend ANAND CASTLE and would come back in a heartbeat

Hotel Anand castle Nice place to stay. Reasonable and good in service also. Location is also good. If you are travelling towards jim corbett or Ramnagar, then it is a good place to take break.

I stayed there 3 days with my family. in that stay we find the hotel services and staff is quiet good as other hotels in Kashipur I find it is a budget friendly too. the staff is helpful and hard working. served us at late night too
