Capital O Hotel Trishul Grand

Hospitality is not good, nither food. Food and its taste was so bad. Room was so dirty and toilet exhaust was also not working. TV also not worked and no one comes to check the issue so my experience was so worst in the hotel. Only AC was working fine and for this 1 star is given.

Worst experience. Booked hotel through oyo. Reached hotel in night. After so many call and knocking no body opened the door. At last we decided to book another hotel. All this happed in night about 3 Am. My family suffered a lot. Person recd call said this is a wrong no. Which was mentioned in hotel board. Never book this hotel my advice.

Worst facilities , behaviour of staff was also very rude .ac didn't work properly. Overpriced , not helpful behaviour

Rooms are good, staff is very polite and supportive, but too much mosquitoes in the room.

Hotel is good all staff is good but distance is some issue because it is having some distance from ...other locations

Worst hotel I have ever seen.. Behavior of staff is worst.. They don't treat customer well.. Never ever book this hotel..
