Rooms weren't prepared on time cleaning was low amenities missing also rooms were reduced from the number booked to half

Location is accessible, rooms are fine, decorated and good to stay, but the service has a scope of improvement

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Malika. The food was not only painfully spicy but also of poor quality. To make matters worse, I found hair in one of the dishes. Hygiene was clearly not a priority, as the food was served at a scalding temperature. The staff was incredibly slow and unresponsive throughout my stay, adding to the overall disappointment. I would strongly advise against staying or dining at this establishment.

This place is well located considering its in a city there is greenery and many places to visit nearby like temples,market,shops etc. The mountain view was great too!!! And the toilets were clean (there is one outside too but it was for staff only and was not very hygienic but the one inside was very clean and hygienic).

First things first WIFI FACILITY AVAILABLE, PET FRIENDLY, KIDS FRIENDLY, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AT A REASONABLE AMOUNT. I felt fully secured and reliable. Since I forgot my wallet in my hotel room after checkout which had 18 thousand cash + all my id's . After a week I received a phone call from the owner himself in which very patiently and in a very humble and respective manner he told me about my missing wallet which I thought I would never get back and also i didn't had any clue where I missed that . He provided me my stuff back by post with full security which I am really grateful for. I would sincerely recommend you to visit this hotel. Ohh I really miss that taste. It was really very delicious the pulaao, tandoori stuff, paneer items everything was amazing and just fascinating too.

Very rubbish food and even worse service, I advise no one to go to this restaurant, I will give it a zero

It is a budget hotel, neet and clean rooms, hotel owner & staff are very humble & comparative, hygienic and healthy foods, 24 hours electricity & water supply, fully WiFi facility, location is very good, actual it is situated in gateway of kumaun
