This hotel is a shame. Rooms are extremely small with dirty washrooms and linens. Nothing works inside the room. Even the door lock is non functional with security issues. No staff. The guy who is running it on lease, have least interest in it. Can't say about food. We checked in, and left in an hour. Only good thing is the view. That's why one star is given

There may be lots of good things about this hotel, just don't fall for it by YouTube videos. Moreover I just highlight negative which I experienced 1 Delay in getting room because they had to Make calls to confirm for online booking. 2. Geyser issue in room so had to change room, was stressful 3.bedsheet n pillow was very dirty, towel seems someone cleaned the shoes in it. Blanket someone has cleaned the nose it looks. 4.Dont think they provide bonfire or some activity if guests are not occupied in all rooms

It was a memorable stay over the weekend at Kailasam Resort. Beautiful location, you can easily see the whole valley from the rooms. Rooms are good and well maintained. The staff was very humble and cooperative. Food was delicious. It is an ideal place to visit over weekends. Would love to visit again.

I gave this a five star rating because the rooms were very nice in appearance and the bed was also very comfortable and fluffy. And the food was very nice in taste and I loved it too much. I would recommend all the people reading this to visit Kalaisam if you are looking for a room in Dhanolti.

We booked one night stay at 22nd june 2024 at this property. Very nice location.Mr.vivek and his wife running this hotel with full dedication.Staff was good.food was awesome.the main thing fresh food was served with love.

I have given this rating because rooms were clean and full of service. Hotel location is very nice ful of serenity and out of city hussle buzzle.
