Super Hotel O GMS Road Near Bus Stand Formerly Hotel O The Nest Gms Rd

Pathetic experience I paid in advance and checked in They got me room where i found no towels no soap no TV remotes ... broken almirah I found that was never cleaned after last checkout. I check out in 2 hours after check in because i found that room very dirty. Even there is not parking to park your vehicle. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is very bad. Vacate the room at 10:48. Hurry up, we have to clean. This is not the way. There is no water in their room to talk to the customers. It is not in the shop-in form. It is not in the tower form. They have made the store room like a hotel. Even in that their staff is so less. We have to go to get water at 2:00 in the night. They have given a room in Terrace, but it is not working. The bedsheet is completely stained. Their entire bedsheet is torn. Flush the washroom is not working, water is not coming properly. No one is good in the reception. Is anyone? Their staff is like a bunch of idiots, they are very rude. They don't have manners to talk. They are very useless. Coming here is useless and it's a waste of money. They are taking out cockroaches from inside their bed.

Worst experience. Before checking in they made me wait cause they have to clean the room but their were roaches everywhere the small ones. Plus the bedsheets and other sheets were not changed. I found hair of girls on the blanket. Washroom was way different if compared to room. Okayish for couples but if you want to stay their for work then I would highly recommend find a better place.

Best hotel with well trained staff near isbt affaordable rates room neat and clean with superb balcony view happy to visit again
