Very bad experience....they change three times a room...even there is 2 types of menu which rates is different on both menu....including breakfast they give only 2 parantha for 2 personal only nothing else so don't take a room with breakfast.....very bad experience 0 rating

Room was not clean properly. Tv not working. Tea was not available in morning till 9. Location is good.

I visited to dehradun for my official tour with my female office colleague and we stayed at pacify hills and my experience was worst ever , hotel Owner is very rude and non cooperative, Staff is very slow in every service. I Would never recommend to go here again, They make people duped in every sense.

The price doesn't justify the rooms and service they provide. Let's start from the room, the rooms were not so good, and not so bad. Then comes the bathroom, there were spiders and spider webs and instead of proper shower there was non-functioning hand shower so only option left was the bucket that too didn't had the mug in it. (Like for real? How the person would even take a bath?) Regarding the service, it was the worst I have ever seen. It was so bad, that they didn't even provide a phone number to contact the reception for anything we needed. Every time I had to go back and forth to the reception to take water and all. You guys need to change the management else your hotel will go down the drain in no time.

I had a pathetic experience staying at this property. I recently stayed at Pacify Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered my room, I encountered a series of issues that made my stay uncomfortable and worrisome. Firstly, the room service was incredibly slow, leaving me waiting for extended periods for basic requests. This lack of efficiency was frustrating and reflected poorly on the hotel's management. Additionally, the washroom amenities were subpar. Instead of a functional shower, I was provided with a malfunctioning hand shower that took considerable effort to operate properly. This inconvenience significantly detracted from the overall experience and wasted valuable time. Moreover, the safety of the room was a major concern. The door did not latch properly, leaving me feeling vulnerable and constantly worried about my security. This lack of proper security measures heightened my anxiety and made it difficult to relax during my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's overall service left much to be desired. The AC in my room was non-functional, making it uncomfortable to sleep or spend time indoors, especially during hot weather. Additionally, the TV was also out of order, depriving me of basic entertainment options. Overall, my experience at the Pacify Hotel was marred by numerous issues ranging from poor room amenities to inadequate safety measures and slow service. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers until these issues are addressed and rectified by the management.

Very bad experience .. i entered in hotel near 8pm .booked my room 1st they gave me room no 204 .when i put all my stuff i get to know toilet is locked from in side and they dont have key to open then they give me 206 but toilet is open but seat is broken and all dirty water coming out when i complain and i asked to replace room they told all sold out and i asked refund i will go some where elese they refused. Now i ordered food order ice no ice no non veg only dal makhini and paneer available nothing available to eat .i complain they said app ko phlae puchna tha ..i was stuck bec i have paid in advance full ..very bad experience
