Hotel North Woods

Lovely place for a retreat. It's fairly close to the Kathgodam Railway Station, and there's a beautiful view of river on the way to the place. It's en route to Nainital, so it's not very out-of-the-way either. The staff is great, the breakfast we ordered in the room was delicious, and the room decoration and wooden finishing, complete with wooden chairs and table, really added to the goodness of our trip. What we especially loved was the super clean washrooms (which usually is a big ick otherwise) and the relaxing view from the room balcony.

Excellent place to stay, staff was very sweet, rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the wooden interior adds to the cottage-in-the-hills vibe, the eatery next to it has great food so you don't have to travel too far for meals, and the view is relaxing. The decor lamps, mosaic balcony tiling etc are definitely a cherry on the cake. Am very much marking it for my future visits!

The view from the room was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were very hygienic and contained necessary items. The service was also very nice, and I had a fun time with my friends...overall, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time with your loved ones <333

It was was extremely peaceful. The main thing was duration of our stay mouth watering food and home away from home feel at hotel North Wood , I would like to thanks to chef Ganesh for special take care & entire team. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

A really great place to stay the surroundings are beautiful and even the furniture is of great taste. Not too far from main tourist attraction but not too close to the overcrowding of them so a peaceful stay perse. A must visit place to go with your friends and family .

Had a great stay at this hotel,Nice cosy room,newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable .Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very close to the kathgodam railway station.I love it and sure will go again

It is an excellent place and the view and ambience are so beautiful and the food is delicious must visit and the location itself is very beautiful and the place make it just perfect place for a solo traveller and a family tour waking up to that view makes everything worth it

There was no water pressure, no hot water to bath , no cupboard to keep your clothes and food was overpriced. Staff was good but they should work on mentioned things.
