We had a delightful stay on the 11th and 12th of February with our family and infant, and it was an experience to remember! The hospitality provided by Manisha, her brother Nitin, and their mother was heartwarming--they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious and added a personal touch that truly elevated our stay. Every dish was prepared with care and tasted amazing. The homestay offered breathtaking views of the peaks, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout our visit. The rooms were well-furnished and beautifully decorated, combining comfort with style in the best way. The location was another highlight--nestled amidst deodar trees, it offered a tranquil and refreshing environment, perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. Thank you, Manisha and family, for such a memorable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for warm hospitality, great food, and stunning surroundings! We will visit again.

The stay was simply awesome . The room was very clean and well maintained. The plants and trees within the property are pretty. Food prepared by the host was really tasty and it was first time trying home-made local cuisine food. Was very happy with the dishes. Provision of kitchen was convenient. We were able to prepare hot Maggie and enjoy it alongside the beautiful view the stay provided. It was a good place for stargazing in the night and snow mountains watch during the early morning. Also there were good number of cute birds chirping and flying around making it completely scenic. Overall this place has a cool and relaxed vibe !

Loved the stay over here. View, food, location everything was just awesome. Perfect place for inner peace. The host were very polite and cooked some delicious kumaoni food for us, which I enjoyed the most. I will love to visit again and stay for a while

With two of my friends, I recently had the privilege of staying in a guest room in Almora, Uttarakhand, and I must say, it was a truly memorable experience. Unquestionably, the spectacular mountain vistas that awaited us every morning were the highlight of our trip. We couldn't have wished for a better setting to take in the Himalayas' breathtaking scenery. Let's now discuss the meal! Not only were the meals provided great, but they also represented the regional cuisine. We relished every morsel of our meals, and it was a thrill to consume genuine tastes amidst the tranquil serenity of nature. The guest suite itself was comfortable and well-kept, giving us all the conveniences we required. It was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of touring the neighborhood. The closeness to nature was undoubtedly a highlight, as it allowed us to relax and recharge amidst pristine forests and mountain air. Overall, our time spent in this Almora guest apartment was nothing short of extraordinary. I heartily recommend this location if you're searching for a quiet mountain retreat with breathtaking views, first-rate service, delectable food, and a cozy stay close to nature. It's a genuine jewel in Uttarakhand's center!

I had the privilege of staying at Himalayan Hamlet in Almora, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hidden gem in the Kumaon region offers not only awe-inspiring views but also exceptional hospitality. The accommodations are snug, impeccably clean, and tastefully adorned. The comfortable beds ensure a restful night's sleep. Manisha and her family extended a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making me feel right at home. Aunty Ji, in particular, deserves special gratitude for the delectable meals she prepared during my stay. Manisha went above and beyond by taking me to popular nearby spots and cafes, as well as introducing me to the thrilling world of bouldering. The area is a treasure trove of natural beauty, with numerous nearby spots waiting to be explored. However, what truly added a heartwarming touch to my stay was the presence of Lucy (the dog) and Chingu (the cat). They infuse an extra layer of comfort and warmth into the already charming atmosphere. Even after spending several days here, I find myself yearning for these wonderful moments and eagerly anticipating my return. Until that day, I'll hold these cherished memories close to my heart. :)

On this Auspicious day of Dusshera, I would first like to wish Ashish and his family a prosperous Dusshera and success in every phase of life. This a is long pending feedback for one of the sweetest hosts I have ever met. My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Himalayan Hamlet twice. From the moment we walked through the gate, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the entire family. We felt like we were more than just guests. Within minutes we felt like we were part of a caring and welcoming family. Being surrounded by CARE, the 12 hours driving fatigue almost vanished. Within few minutes even our tired kids could feel the sense of comfort. Auntie's exceptional tea and delicious Kumaouni dinner deserves a special mention. This is a great location to be, especially if you want get away from the city hustle bustle. Every morning, we were greeted by the beautiful snow-covered peaks of Nanda Devi and Trishul, Notably from the balcony and the room's window. Accommodation, was impeccably clean, surrounded by vivid, vibrant and beautiful paintings by "Talented" -Manisha We were not treated like guests, but like cherished and extended family members, and this made my stay truly special. I want extend my gratitude to Nitin, and Ashish for their time and travelling with us to ends of Almora and showing us what we could not have explored on our own. I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to uncle for taking us through a nearby trail and representing the Kamauoni sprit.

For me Himalayan Hamlet is like a home. I have been here so many times. Place is beautiful, view is amazing. Aunty, uncle (hosts) are welcoming and kind. And what should I say about food, it just awesome. Also many places nearby to visit like kasar devi, Jageshwar, Binsar wild life century, Eco park etc.
