Great stay with all visiting locations nearby. Stay was also comfortable and great. Property is very much reachable and the good point is slightly away from the crowded areas... would recommend. Pathetic stay ..first room we went , didn't had a working main door lock...which they realised after our luggage was kept....shifted to a different room but around 10 minutes into it.... room had a smell of dead rat..which came as the air came from centralized ac went...it felt like bad fumes were coming from bathroom and vents... staff didn't co-operated an inch to change our room, infact gave us a rate sheet of double the price for a separate upgraded room..as they didn't had a room of the same category(or maybe they were just blatantly lying to get some walkins late night)..never accepting their fault on the pathetic condition of their existing facilities are! ..... No hot water, bathrooms are in bad condition.No parking in the hotel, cars need to parked outside .... Better go for street food outside then their breakfast buffet. only good thing Abt the hotel was their security gaurd who was more than the age of my father but was doing his duty relentlessly with a smile on his face...

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the property is amazing, lush greenery and such positive aura. The rooms are quite spacious and have balconies, the buffet breakfast and dinner we tried are delicious providing multiple cuisines and options , make your stay comfortable and peaceful Not to forget receptionist Nidhi gave her full cooperation in making our stay at this property a memorable one

A lovely place to stay. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the whole hotel has a cozy atmosphere. The corridors are clean and well-maintained, making you feel at home. You can relax in the big garden, and the hotel can also arrange functions for you. They have catering services and can decorate the space according to your theme.

Rahul kuntal from restaurant , is the best person who was ready Serve us even at any time efficient with proper hospitality...pantry service is nice...hotel staff are also good to behaves. But hotel need to improve in room cleaness and room service. I had changed my room in next day,washroom was so dirty and smelly.staff are very less to serve... No doubt tariffs are resonable...but facilities ,and amenities are not worthy as per room traffic.

Rooms were ok,staff were nice and in a good locatiion with a nice garden. Place is a bit shabby and cleaning is quite poor though, breakfast is very basic, not even any fruit juice or drink apart from warm water and chai. Toaster is broken, only does one side at a time, a bit slow when you have 20+ people waiting. Worst thing though is the pool, in a very poor state, missing and broken tiles, water very dirty, we went in it one day but next day it was emptied and out of order for rest of our stay. Very dissapointing as it was 42deg while we were there. No way a 4*, struggle to give it a 3, 21/2* at best

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The hospitality was exceptional, and every staff member I encountered was welcoming and attentive. I truly appreciate the effort the entire team puts into ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued. I particularly enjoyed their breakfast service--it was well-organized and delicious. A special thanks to Mr. Shiva, who was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect with the food service. His gracious assistance truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room prices are not in par with the quality of services. The priced are higher and the services are inadequate. The size of bedrooms are smaller as compared to the pictures. Deluxe room can accommodate only 2 PAX and not more than that. The washrooms are unclean and the geyser doesn't work. The TV doesn't work. The property needs proper maintenance. There's no parking space.
